Location: The popular luxurious complex is located directly on the sandy beach (partially with small pebbles) of Lara. The center of Kundu with its shopping and entertainment facilities is about 2 km away, and the city center of Antalya is approx. 27 km away. Taxi and bus connections are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities: Magnificent architecture inspired by the Kremlin in Moscow. The comfortable hotel with a main building (lifts available, no rooms in the main building) and annexes in the garden has a total of 824 rooms. Amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the rooms and common areas. There is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, several specialty restaurants (each subject to availability and reservation with a minimum 7-night stay, one included), various bars, a wellness center, and an indoor pool with a children's pool. Various shops and a hairdresser are available (for a fee). In the beautifully designed garden area, which opens towards the sea, there is a large freshwater pool landscape with a separate children's pool, water slides (seasonal), sun terraces, and a pool/beach bar. Here, as well as on the hotel's own beach, sun loungers, mattresses, beach towels, and umbrellas are available to our guests free of charge.

Winter:

- Only two a la carte restaurants available.

- The beach area is not serviced and the pier is closed.

Accommodation:

Family Room Duplex (Summer): The rooms are rustically and comfortably furnished with a shower or bath/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather permitting), safe, minibar, carpeted floor, and balcony. The room size is approx. 48 m². The room is duplex. The ground floor room has a double bed. The upper floor room has two sofas that offer the comfort of a single bed. (2FS)

Superior Double Room: The rooms are rustically and comfortably furnished with a shower or bath/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather permitting), safe, minibar, carpeted floor, and balcony (DSU). Double room for single occupancy (DEU).

Suite (Summer): The rooms are furnished in a rustic and comfortable style and feature a shower or bath/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, centrally controlled (weather-dependent) air conditioning, safe, minibar, carpet or tiled floor, and a balcony. This category offers two different room types, each with an area of 50 m² (distribution at the discretion of the hotelier (S2):

Single-room suite variant:

Consists of a spacious, open room and features a double bed and a seating area. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and WC.

Two-room suite variant with connecting door:

Consists of two separate rooms separated by a connecting door.

One room has a double bed, and the other has a sofa bed with the comfort of a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower or bathtub and WC.

Superior Double Room Swim Up: These rooms are identical to the Superior Double Rooms and feature direct access to a shared pool (DWP). Double room for single occupancy (EWP). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.

Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and ice cream. Various local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with still water and soft drinks.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Bottled drinks.

Sports included: Beach volleyball, darts, step aerobics, table tennis, and fitness room, tennis court, tennis rackets and balls.

Sports for a fee: Tennis in the evening with floodlights and game room.

Entertainment: Daytime animation program with sports games and competitions, as well as evening entertainment and live music on certain days.

Wellness: Turkish bath and sauna are included.

Children's program: Multilingual mini-club for children aged 4-11 (seasonal), a maxi-club for children aged 12-16 (during high season), and a playground. Babysitting (from 4 years) is available on request and for a fee.

Hotel service: Room service, laundry service, telephone, pavilions on the pier, as well as massages and all other treatments and facilities in the wellness center are available for a fee.
