Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Contractual Information

This document contains the pre-contractual information and distance sales agreement terms for transfer and tour services purchased through our website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By completing a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted this document.

Parties and Subject

The parties to this agreement are the service provider identified above (Seller) and the customer providing their details in the booking form (Buyer). The subject of the agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the transfer and/or tour service ordered electronically by the Buyer via the website.

Essential Characteristics of the Service

The service is a private airport transfer and/or tour provided according to the route, date, time and passenger count selected during booking. Service details are displayed on the booking screen and the pre-payment summary page, and are sent by email with the voucher after confirmation.

Price and Payment

The total price of the service including all taxes is shown in the booking summary before the payment step. Payment is collected online by credit or debit card via a bank-secured 3D Secure virtual POS. Card details are not stored by the Seller. The booking becomes final upon successful completion of the payment and delivery of the confirmation voucher.

Performance of the Service

The service is performed on the date and time specified in the booking, according to the meeting details in the voucher. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate flight, hotel and contact information and for being ready at the meeting point on time. The Seller cannot be held liable for disruptions caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for passenger transport and leisure services to be performed on a specific date or period. Therefore, instead of a right of withdrawal, the cancellation terms set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy apply to transfer and tour bookings.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy published on the website. Approved refunds are returned to the card used for payment, subject to the processing times of the payment institution.

Protection of Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK Information Notice and the Privacy Policy published on the website, under Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent for disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
