Scope of Service

We provide airport-hotel transfers and selected tour services. Service details are determined by the information shown during booking.

Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and a confirmation voucher is issued. Prices shown are in the stated currency and include applicable taxes.

Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate flight, hotel and contact details and for being ready at the meeting point on time. The company is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Applicable legislation determines the competent courts and enforcement offices for disputes.
