This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process and protect your personal data when you use our transfer and tour services.

Data We Collect

During booking we collect information such as your name, email, phone number, hotel, flight code, transfer date and passenger count. Payments are processed via a secure payment provider and card details are not stored by us.

How We Use Data

We use your data to create your booking, plan your transfer, communicate with you, deliver voucher and confirmation details, and meet our legal obligations.

Sharing and Third Parties

Your data is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service, with our payment provider, the transfer operations team and legally authorised authorities. If you have consented to analytics and/or advertising cookies, usage data consisting of online identifiers, IP address and interaction events is additionally transmitted to Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; processing on servers in the United States is possible. Neither your name nor your contact details, flight or hotel information are transmitted to Google or Meta. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention and Security

Your data is kept only for the relevant purpose and for statutory retention periods. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify or request deletion of your personal data and to object to processing. You can submit your requests via the contact channels below.

Review invitations

After your completed transfer we invite you once by e-mail to share your experience (existing customer relationship under UWG § 7 (3); legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6 (1) lit. f and Turkish KVKK Art. 5/2-f). For this purpose your name, e-mail address and order number may be shared with Trustpilot A/S (Pilestræde 58, 1112 Copenhagen, Denmark) so that a verified review invitation can be sent; Trustpilot processes this data solely to send the invitation and match the review to your order. You can object to this processing at any time: via the one-click link on the payment page and in every invitation e-mail, or by e-mailing us. After an objection we will neither invite you nor share your data with Trustpilot for this purpose.
