What the price includes
A private vehicle for your group only (no shared shuttle, no stops); meet and greet with a name sign at counter 66; flight tracking with free waiting if your flight is late, also at night; water and refreshing wipes on board; one free child seat per booking; a voucher with meeting instructions and a 24/7 phone line.
How is a round trip priced?
A round trip is two one-way transfers at the same fixed price each: for Side, for example, 47,50 € + 47,50 €. Add the return date when booking; both legs appear on one voucher.
Groups above 13
For groups of 14 or more we quote a midibus or coach price by phone or e-mail. Online prices are for Antalya Airport (AYT) only.
Payment and cancellation
You pay online by credit card with 3-D Secure; Bentour does not store your card details. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the transfer, refunded to the same card. The voucher arrives by e-mail right after payment.

Is the price per vehicle or per person?
Per vehicle. 1 to 4 passengers pay the same price: two people or four people pay, for example, 47,50 € to Side. With 5 to 13 passengers the minibus price applies.
Are there surcharges for night transfers, luggage or waiting?
No. Night and early-morning hours, waiting when your flight is delayed and a free child seat are all included. Standard luggage is included; please mention bulky or extra luggage when booking. The amount you see at booking is the amount you pay.
Is there a discount for booking a round trip?
A round trip is the sum of two one-way transfers; there is no separate discount, the one-way fare is already the full fixed price. You can add the return date in the same booking.
Why is the price different for 5 to 13 passengers?
From 5 passengers a minibus class is needed; the price is still per vehicle and ranges from 36 € to 108 €. Up to 13 passengers travel in one vehicle; for larger groups we quote individually.
How long are the prices valid?
The prices in this table are valid from 24 Sep 2026. The price you see at booking is locked in; later changes do not affect an existing booking.
How do I pay, and do I get a refund if I cancel?
You pay online by credit card with 3-D Secure. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer; the refund goes to the same card. The voucher arrives by e-mail right after payment.
What if my hotel is not in one of the listed areas?
Type your hotel on the booking page: the system finds the area the hotel belongs to and shows that area’s fixed price. If the hotel is not listed, write to us and we quote the same day.
