Yes — each transfer can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before its pick-up time; the refund goes to the card you paid with. To cancel, write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp.

Between 28 € and 78 € per vehicle depending on the region, one price for 1-4 passengers; minibus for 5-13 passengers between 36 € and 108 €. Prices are one way and fixed; see the full list in the price table above.

If you land at Terminal 2, go out through the exit door; Bentour counter no. 66 is right outside the terminal building. Our welcome team will hand you over to your driver. If you land at Terminal 1 or the Domestic Terminal, please make your own way to Terminal 2 and come to counter no. 66 at the exit.
