Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we wish to inform you about the processing of your personal data in our capacity as data controller.

Personal Data Processed
We process identity and contact data (name, email, phone), booking data (hotel, flight code, date, passenger count) and transaction security data.
Purposes and Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed for the conclusion and performance of the contract, the provision of the service and the fulfilment of our legal obligations, on the legal bases set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK. In addition, data for audience measurement (analytics) and advertising purposes is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent pursuant to Article 5(1) of the KVKK. You may withdraw this consent at any time; withdrawal takes effect for the future and does not affect the processing required to conclude and perform your booking.
Data Subject Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request its rectification or deletion, to object to processing and to seek redress for any damage.

Transfer abroad
Data collected through analytics and advertising cookies placed on the basis of your consent is processed by our service providers Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Ireland) and may be transferred to servers of Google LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. This transfer is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent pursuant to Article 9 of the KVKK. Only online identifiers (cookie IDs), IP address and your interaction events on the website are transferred; your name, e-mail address, telephone number and flight and hotel details are not transferred in this context. Upon withdrawal of your consent this transfer ceases for the future.
