We are not a booking portal. Bentour organises airport transfers in Antalya itself — with our own vehicles, our own drivers and a team on the ground.
The person who meets you at the airport works for us
Most transfer portals sell you a ride and then hand the job to a local agency you never meet. With us it is different: the booking, the vehicle, the driver and the operations team all belong to the same company. Bentour is a licensed Group A travel agency with an office in Antalya — if something does not go to plan, there is exactly one place that is responsible.

How do I pay?
Your payment is processed online via bank-secured 3D Secure virtual POS. Your card details are never stored by us.
Which areas are supported?
Initially, selected hotels in the Antalya region (around Kundu, Belek, Side, Alanya and Kemer) are covered.
What is a private transfer?
A direct transfer reserved only for your group, without sharing.
Do I share the vehicle with other guests?
No. Every transfer is private — the vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group and goes directly from Terminal 2 to your hotel, with no stops along the way.
How does the voucher work after booking?
Once your payment is confirmed, your transfer voucher with meeting details is sent to you by e-mail.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer. The refund is made to the card you paid with.
