Location: Impressive complex with imposing architecture, modeled after the palace of the same name in Istanbul. The resort, popular with international guests, is located directly on the pebble/sand beach of Lara. Kundu town center with shopping and entertainment facilities is about 3 km away, and Antalya city center is 20 km away. Taxi and minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities: Summer:

The comfortable hotel with a main building (elevators available) and annex buildings in the garden has a total of 908 rooms. Amenities include a spacious reception hall with a reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex and in the rooms. There is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two specialty restaurants (each subject to availability and reservation, for a fee), several bars, an air-conditioned indoor disco, and a conference center. The hotel also offers various shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee), a wellness center, and an indoor pool with a children's pool and whirlpool (seasonal). A spacious freshwater pool landscape with a separate children's pool, an aqua park with 8 water slides (open for specific hours), a secluded relaxation pool, sun terraces, and a pool/beach bar are available. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are provided free of charge here and on the hotel's private beach.

Winter:

- From 12 AM, only beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be served.

- One à la carte restaurant will be open.

- The kids' club is open at specific times until 10:30 PM.

Accommodation:

Deluxe Double Room: The rooms are modernly and comfortably furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, kettle, air conditioning (centrally controlled - operated for specific hours), safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony, as well as a single bed for the third person (DD2). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DD1).

Deluxe Superior Room: With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms are slightly more spacious with a sofa bed and a balcony (UD2). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (UD1).

Deluxe Family Room Type A: These comfortable family rooms are located on the ground floor and offer the same amenities as the double rooms, featuring two bedrooms with an connecting door, laminate flooring, and one bathroom (ADF).

Deluxe Family Room: These rooms have the same amenities as the family rooms and are located on the lower floor of the room blocks (2DF).

Deluxe Family Room Type B: These rooms have the same amenities as the family rooms but are spread over two floors connected by a staircase. One double bed is on the lower floor and two single beds are on the upper floor. Both floors have their own bathroom and LCD TV. The floors can be separated by an intermediate door. Air conditioning is central/hourly and the rooms have laminate flooring (XFB). (Bookable under AYTA01 with XFB/2FA)

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, late riser's breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries, and ice cream in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a wide selection of imported drinks, are available 24 hours a day at the open bars. Your mini-fridge will be replenished daily with still water and soft drinks.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Some imported drinks and bottled beverages.

Sports included: Beach volleyball, darts, table tennis, and fitness room.

Sports for a fee: Tennis sand courts, ball and racket rental, group bookings and tennis lessons, floodlit tennis in the evening, and bowling.

Entertainment: Daytime animation program with sports games and competitions, as well as evening entertainment program.

Wellness: Turkish bath and sauna are included. Massages, whirlpool, and all other treatments and facilities in the wellness area are subject to a fee.

Children's program: Multilingual mini-club for children aged 4 to 12 years (open continuously from 8 AM to 11:30 PM). Covered playground and a children's restaurant. Babysitting is available upon request for a fee.
