Location: This fascinating luxury hotel is located directly on the extensive sandy beach in the rapidly developing Kundu holiday region. The center of the provincial capital Antalya is approx. 25 km away; public bus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities: The superlative hotel complex was built on an area of approximately 180,000 m² and impresses with its imposing appearance. The hotel building, with a total of 543 rooms and suites, consists of three sections, each with six to seven floors (elevators available), which are interconnected. Each building section has its own style: the European wing, the Anatolian wing, and the "Dolmabahce" main building. Exclusive facilities include the elegant reception hall, spacious seating areas with exceptional design, a lobby lounge, the main restaurant with a terrace area, and various à la carte restaurants (for a fee), several bars, a nightclub, the 7,500 m² spa and fitness area, a modern indoor pool (open in winter) with a whirlpool and a separate children's pool, and a professionally equipped fitness center. In addition, there are luxury shops, boutiques, various conference rooms with complete business facilities, two ballrooms, and a beauty center and medical spa (both for a fee). Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. The extensively landscaped outdoor area features the Show Center for evening events, an artificial lagoon, a water landscape, and the 16,000 m² freshwater swimming pool complex with a separate children's pool with water slides. Here, and on the hotel's own extensive beach section with bathing and sunbathing platforms, loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and bath towels are provided free of charge.

Accommodation:

Double Room: Your exquisitely furnished room is located in the main building and features a bath/WC, hairdryer, LED TV, direct-dial telephone, tea/coffee setup, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, safe, parquet flooring with carpet, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Premium Double Room: These rooms are more spacious than the standard double rooms, with otherwise similar amenities and furnishings, and feature a seating area (PDZ), bath, and shower/WC. Rooms with a pool view (or side sea view at the hotel's discretion) can be booked at an additional charge (PPD). Double room for single use (PEZ/1PP).

Deluxe Room: Located in the Anatolian main building, these rooms offer luxury in a single space. In addition to the standard amenities, you will find a comfortable living area in front of the opulent double bed (DD2). The deluxe room features a whirlpool. Can also be booked as a double room for single use in winter (DD1).

Family Room: The family rooms have the same amenities and location as the double rooms, as well as a seating area, bath/shower/WC, two LED TVs, two bedrooms, each with a French bed and the second bedroom with two single beds, a connecting door, and a balcony (DF2).

Premium Family Room: These rooms are more spacious and, in addition to the amenities of the family rooms, feature two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathtub and shower/WC in the bathroom, and the second bedroom has a shower/WC (PF2).

Pool Duplex Suite Room (Winter 25/26): The spacious, two-story Pool Duplex Suites are approx. 90 sqm, located in the main building, and include a bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed, an LCD Smart TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. On the ground floor, there is a second bedroom with two smaller beds, a bathroom, a seating area, an LCD Smart TV, a minibar, and a safe. The heart of the Pool Duplex Suite is the approx. 22 sqm terrace, furnished with sun loungers, offering direct access to the hotel pool (2PS).

Premium Pool Duplex Suite (Winter 25/26): These two-story rooms (110 sqm) in the main building have 2 bedrooms with a connecting door on the upper floor (the first bedroom has a double bed (2 x 2 m), and the second bedroom has two separate beds (1 x 2 m each). Each bedroom has 2 separate bathrooms. Each bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub, and shower. 3 LED TVs, seating area, safe, minibar, and balcony are provided. On the lower floor, there is a mini-kitchen, mini-fridge, microwave, dining table, and a private 22 sqm terrace offering direct access to the swimming pool. The terrace features a sofa set and sun loungers (S2X).

Grand Duplex Suite (Winter 25/26): These rooms in the main building (approx. 145 sqm) are located on the 5th floor and are spread over two levels. The upper floor features a bedroom (1 double bed, 2 x 2 m), a bathroom, toilet, shower, whirlpool, seating area, and LED TV. The ground floor has two separate beds (1 x 2 m each), a bathroom, toilet, shower, living room, LED TV, minibar, safe, and balcony (SA).

Lake House (Winter 25/26): Located between the main building and the sea (170 sqm), this accommodation features two bedrooms within the garden, two bathrooms, and a seating area. The master bedroom has a double bed (1.80x2.00m), toilet, a shower designed as a Turkish bath, whirlpool, LED TV, and minibar. The other bedroom has two single beds (1 x 2 m each), a bathroom, toilet, a shower designed as a Turkish bath, whirlpool, and LED TV. The seating area includes a sofa set composed of two separate lounges, a dining table, a work desk, an LED TV, a minibar, and a safe. A private swimming pool, bar, and sunbathing area are exclusively available for Lake House guests (ALH).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, as well as various snacks, fruits, pastries, and ice cream at different snack stations throughout the day, plus a midnight snack. Additionally, the bars available offer a wide selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, around the clock. The minibar is replenished daily with beer and soft drinks.
