Location: The holiday hotel is located directly on the long sandy beach of the Lara-Kundu holiday region. Antalya, with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, is approx. 25 km away. Taxis and public minibus connections are available nearby.

Facilities: The exclusive hotel complex with an international clientele comprises six-story buildings with a total of 429 rooms. The modern facilities include a lobby with a reception, seating areas, and elevators. Internet corner (30 min.) and Wi-Fi throughout the complex are included. There is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (open six days a week, a fee applies for each), bars, a café, TV room, disco, shops, and a hairdresser (fees apply for these services). There are also four modern conference rooms (for a fee) and an indoor pool (open in winter). The beautifully designed and spacious garden area features a large freshwater swimming pool complex in summer with a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and pool/snack bar, as well as a heated aquapark with 10 slides. Sun loungers, umbrellas, cushions, and beach towels are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach (with beach/snack bar). The IC Hotels Green Palace & Villas, with its Lake Villa rooms, is located right next door and offers all meals at its à la carte restaurant and also has its own bar. All activities such as animation, kids' club, disco, fitness center, restaurant, and bars can be shared with IC Hotels Green Palace.

Winter:

- Only three à la carte restaurants are available, each for a fee.

- Sun loungers, cushions, and beach towels at the indoor pool and sun terrace are included.

- Slides will be partially opened depending on weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion.

- Only soft animation, no evening or live shows.

- The indoor pool is open and heated according to the season.

Accommodation:

Double Room: Elegantly furnished rooms are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe, Smart TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning (central, hourly) and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE).

Family Room: In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, they have a further bedroom with two single beds, a separate living/sleeping area, and a second bathroom/WC (DF2).

Junior Suite: They are more spacious than the double rooms and, in addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, have a connecting door to the living room with a cozy seating area. Also bookable with max. 2+2 (JS2).

Quadruple Room (Quad): The elegantly furnished rooms are equipped with one double bed and two full-size single fold-out beds, bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe, Smart-TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning (central, hourly) and balcony (4BZ).

Lake Villa (Summer): The approx. 61-70 m² villas offer 2 separate bedrooms, a separate living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and/or bath/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, laminate flooring, air conditioning, centrally controlled, mini-bar, garden view and/or pool view, safe, 3 TVs (flat-screen Smart TVs), kettle, coffee/tea, terrace with direct access to the communal pool of this category. Bed linen, towels, and mattresses are made from 100% organic cotton (VA2). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.

Therefore, for safety reasons for children, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Lake Villa Deluxe (Summer 25): The approx. 130 m² villa offers comfort with 4 separate bedrooms, a separate living room, 4 bathrooms with similar amenities to the Lake Villa (VB2).

Balli Deluxe (Summer 25): The approx. 300 m² villa has similar features to the Lake Villa, consisting of 2 separate bedrooms, a separate living room, a double bed in the bedroom – bathroom with whirlpool and shower, two single beds in the other bedroom with bath/WC, terrace with direct pool access to the private pool (V2C). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.

Superior Deluxe Villa (Summer 25): The approx. 396 m² villa consists of 3 separate bedrooms, a separate living room, a double bed in the master bedroom with a bathroom with whirlpool and shower, 2 double beds in the other rooms, underfloor heating with shower/WC, safe, 4 TVs (flat-screen Smart TVs), direct pool access via the terrace to the private pool (DV2). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.

Therefore, for safety reasons for children, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from varied buffets, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, as well as ice cream and pastries, midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks, beer, and water.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: All bottled drinks, energy drinks, and other imported beverages.

Sports included: Three tartan tennis courts, beach volleyball, an amateur football pitch with artificial turf, an amateur basketball court with a tartan surface, table tennis, water aerobics, step, aerobics, and a fitness room.

Sports for a fee: Tennis in the evening with floodlights, billiards, bowling, and Atari games.

Entertainment: Daytime animation program with games and sports, evening shows.

Wellness: Sauna and Turkish bath are included. Massages and all treatments in the wellness center are available for a fee.

Children's program: Hourly kids' club for children aged 0 to 16 with multilingual supervision, children's buffet, and playground. Babysitter service available on request for a fee. Baby cots and potty seats are available free of charge on request.

Hotel service: For a fee: room service, laundry/ironing service, doctor on call (hourly), and telephone/fax charges.
