Location: The hotel is located in the Göynük area and is separated from the sand/shingle beach only by a small bridge. The center of Kemer, with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues as well as restaurants and bars, can be reached after approx. 8 km. The distance to Antalya airport is approx. 40 km.

Facilities: The comfortable hotel consists of a three-story building complex with several blocks and offers a total of 589 rooms. Facilities include a spacious lobby with a reception, seating areas, and a lobby bar, a restaurant, various à-la-carte restaurants (one of the à-la-carte restaurants is free of charge without reservation and unlimited), a piano bar, a nightclub, a discotheque, and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool. There are also various small shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the hotel area. The extensive garden area features a pool landscape with a large freshwater swimming pool, a semi-Olympic freshwater swimming pool, two pools with water slides (hourly), and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pool and on the beach, which also features a beach/snack bar.

Accommodation:

Double room: The cozy rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central), safe, telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, coffee/tea setup, tile floor, and balcony (D). Pool view (PD) or side sea view available for an extra charge (DMS). DR=SR for single use (DE/PDE/DES).

Super saver room: These are identical to the double rooms and feature land view and a French balcony (SSZ). DR=SR for single use (SSE).

Family room: With the same facilities as the double rooms, these consist of two floors, each with a bedroom, an LCD satellite TV, and a minibar (DF2). Side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (FS2).

Family room type A: With similar facilities to the family rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms, shower/WC, and have air conditioning (centrally controlled) in each room (2FA).

Double room bunk bed: With similar facilities to the standard rooms, these rooms feature a bunk bed for children (D2X).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from rich buffets, also with a diet corner and children's buffet; various snack variations throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour, and a late-night snack from the extensive menu. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as imported drinks are available around the clock at the bars that are open. The minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, and beer; coffee/tea are refilled as needed. Appropriate attire is requested in the main restaurant and the à-la-carte restaurants.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Further imported (luxury) drinks and energy drinks.

Sports included: Two hard tennis courts, fitness room, aerobics, table tennis, bocce, darts, basketball, and beach volleyball.

Sports for a fee: Tennis with floodlights, rental of tennis rackets and balls, bowling, and billiards.

Entertainment: Soft animation during the day with games and sports, entertainment in the evening, and occasional live music.

Wellness: Turkish bath and sauna are included. Steam bath in the Thalasso Center, massages, and other treatments in the spa area are for a fee.

Children's program: Mini club for children aged 4–12, cinema, and playground.
