Location: Surrounded by trees, the property is located directly on its own private pebble beach, just 1 km from Göynük. Kemer is 7 km away and Antalya Airport is 45 km away. Public transport is available nearby. The hotel offers its guests fantastic, unforgettable, and diverse entertainment programs in a club-like concept specifically designed for teenagers, families with children, and couples.

Facilities: The popular hotel, part of the Seven Seas Hotels & Resorts chain, offers a total of 204 rooms spread across one main building. The reception area features a multi-story lobby and reception desk, completely redesigned in winter 2025, offering comfortable seating and an exquisite patisserie for sweet treats. Other facilities include a buffet restaurant (renovated in summer 2025) with an outdoor area and various à-la-carte restaurants (open on different dates). All à-la-carte restaurants are available for a fee, require reservations, are open six days a week, and offer a children's menu. The hotel also features several bars, such as "The Pub" (newly opened in winter 2025), a beach bar, a modernized spa area, and a heated indoor pool. Newly renovated meeting rooms and various shops are available (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The well-maintained green outdoor area includes an amphitheater, a large and a small freshwater activity swimming pool (one outdoor pool is heated in winter—the small pool is heated in the pre-/post-season) with a separate children's pool, baby pool, and a pool with three water slides (available hourly for children aged 7 and older). Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the beach, which also has a beach bar. Beach pavilions are available for a fee.

Accommodation:

Double Room Hotel (25m²): The comfortably furnished rooms in the main building feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), pillow menu, safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). Single use = double room for single occupancy (DE/DEM).

Club Double Room (25m²) (Summer 26): Located in the bungalow buildings, with the same amenities as the double rooms (CD). Double room = single room (CDE).

Club Family Room (50m²) (Summer 26): Also located in the bungalow buildings, featuring a separate bedroom with a connecting door, with the same amenities as the double rooms (CF2).

Double Room Superior (50 m²): These spacious rooms in the main building (only one room available) feature a double bed and a seating area that can be converted into a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th person, and parquet flooring (DSU).

Double Room Residence (approx. 37 m²) (Summer 26): Located in the Residence building, otherwise featuring the same amenities as the double rooms (G2H). Double room = single room for single occupancy (G1H).

Family Room: Located in the main building, offering two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) with a connecting door and parquet flooring, with similar amenities to the double rooms (DF2).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast and late-riser breakfast from the buffet; enjoy rich buffets for lunch and dinner. Throughout the day, pastries and ice cream (at specific times/stations in summer) and midnight snacks ordered from the menu round off the daily offer. Various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Upon arrival, the minibar is stocked with beer (summer only), soft drinks, mineral water, and water (replenished daily).

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Additional imported drinks, energy drinks, bottled drinks, and further food in the specialty restaurants.

Sports included: Tennis on a quartz court during the day, fitness center, table tennis, basketball, archery, beach volleyball, step aerobics, Zumba, darts, yoga, Pilates, and in summer, water gymnastics, canoeing, and pedal boating.

Sports for a fee: Tennis under floodlights, tennis equipment rental, billiards, bicycle rental, catamaran, and windsurfing (in summer and for experienced users with a license only).

Entertainment: Daytime animation and evening entertainment program, occasionally with shows in the amphitheater and live music two to three times a week.

Wellness: Turkish bath, sauna, and steam room are included. Massages and other treatments are available for a fee.

Children's program: A very spacious "Kids World" miniclub covering 2000m² with its own reception, open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM in summer and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM in winter, featuring hourly animation programs and great events.

In summer:

Swimming lessons with reservation (group lessons), ice cream hour, and a 24-hour baby corner with microwave and bottle warmer, children's restaurant, playground (illuminated in the evening), air-conditioned Lego, play and sleeping room, baby room, baby pool, children's disco, special children's shows, cinema, and puppet theater for children aged 4 to 12 years, Playstation, Jenga, and a hang-out zone for teenagers. Children between 0–4 years are permitted under parental supervision. A limited number of free 2-hour babysitting sessions for children aged 2-4 years are available with educators upon reservation. Subject to availability and in limited numbers, strollers, baby monitors, and babysitting services are available for a fee.

For a stay of 7 days, the first children's laundry package is included; thereafter, it is available for a fee.
