Location: The resort hotel is located approximately 100 m from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach, separated by a small road; the village of Göynük is about 1 km away. The lively center of Kemer is approx. 8 km away, and public transport is available.

Facilities: The comfort hotel offers a total of 297 rooms spread across a Z-shaped building with four floors. Amenities for a carefree holiday include a modern lobby with reception, elevators, stylish seating areas, and a lobby bar where Wi-Fi is included; in the remaining hotel areas, Wi-Fi is available for a fee. The hotel also features a main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (reservation fee applies, open 6 days a week), additional bars, a patisserie, and an appealing wellness area with a separate children's pool. Several shops and conference rooms are available for an extra charge. In the well-maintained outdoor area, you will find a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with three water slides (open at specific hours), sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar. Here and at the beach (from June 1st), sun loungers, pads, parasols, and beach towels are included (towel exchange with a beach towel card).

Family Room: With similar furnishings to the double rooms, these offer a second bedroom separated by a door (DF2).

Double Room Comfort: These approx. 23m² rooms feature one double bed or two single beds, as well as a standard bed for the third person. Hot beverage preparation facilities, a complimentary fruit basket, wine, 10% discount in the spa, 50% discount for à la carte meals, and 50% discount for pavilion reservations are included for these rooms (DKO).

Corner Suite: These approx. 40m² rooms feature a double bed and a seating area. Hot beverage preparation facilities, a complimentary fruit basket, wine, 10% discount in the spa, 50% discount for à la carte meals, and 50% discount for pavilion reservations are included for these rooms (CSD).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, pastries in the patisserie, and a small midnight buffet. You will receive various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks 24 hours a day at the bars that are currently open. The minibar is filled with water and soft drinks upon arrival and restocked daily with water.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Imported drinks and bottled drinks.

Sports included: Tennis during the day on a hard court with your own equipment, table tennis, darts, gymnastics, and fitness.

Sports for a fee: Billiards, floodlights for the tennis court, and tennis equipment.
