Location: The resort is located directly on the private sand/pebble beach (swimming shoes recommended) of the resort Göynük. Kemer, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 7 km away. Antalya Airport is located about 45 km away.

Facilities: The spacious complex offers 609 rooms spread over 5 floors (elevators available). The interior includes a lobby with reception, lobby bar, lounge with TV corner, hairdresser, and shops (each for a fee), a restaurant with terrace (seasonal), an à la carte restaurant (included once for stays of min. 7 nights, subject to availability), and the spa area with a heated indoor pool (seasonal and weather permitting). In the well-maintained garden, you will find the pool landscape, pool bar, a separate children's pool, and a water slide (seasonal and weather permitting). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge here and on the beach. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex and in the rooms.

Accommodation:

Double Room: The cheerfully furnished rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with either a double bed or two single beds. Standard amenities include a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, and a balcony (D). Sea view is bookable for an extra charge (DM). Double rooms for single use are available as (DE/DEM). Rooms with a terrace or balcony can also be booked for an extra charge (DA/DEA).

Super Saver Room (Summer): The rooms in the park buildings with garden view are similar in size and furnishings to the double rooms. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, and a balcony (SSZ). Double rooms for single use can be booked as (SSE). These rooms were also completely renovated in 2026 and now offer more space and modern technical equipment.

Large Corner Room Double (Summer): The Park Buildings Corner Suites are located in the park buildings and offer garden or sea views. The rooms are 36 sqm and equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, and balcony (COR). The rooms were completely renovated in 2026 and offer more space and modern technology. Double rooms for single use (D1X).

Family Room (Summer): The approximately 56 sqm family rooms are located in the main building and feature two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an connecting door, otherwise equipped like the double rooms (DF2).

Junior Suite: Located in the main building, they are approx. 57 sqm, have the same amenities as the double rooms, and offer garden or sea view (at the hotelier's discretion) with a balcony (JS2). Double room for single use (JS1).

Suite: The Mirage Suite offers an impressive sea view and was completely renovated in 2026. With approx. 53 sqm, it features a bedroom with a double bed, a separate living room with a comfortable seating area, and two modern bathrooms. Otherwise, the amenities are in line with the double rooms, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay (S2). Double room for single use (S1).

Double Room Type B: The Park Buildings Skyline Double Rooms, completely renovated in 2026, are located on the 5th floor of the park building and impress with their modern, contemporary design. The rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, and a balcony (DB). Double rooms for single use (DEB).

Double Room Type C: The Main Building Skyline Rooms, completely renovated in 2026, are exclusively located on the 5th floor of the main building and impress with their modern, contemporary design. The rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, and a balcony (DC). Double rooms for single use are available as (DEC) and offer more space and modern technical equipment.

Swim Up Type A: The 28 sqm Main Building Swim-up Rooms with direct pool access are modern rooms, newly built in 2026. The rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, and a minibar (A2Q). Double rooms for single use (EBS). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.

Therefore, for safety reasons for children, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Large Double Room Type A: The Grand Family Rooms, completely renovated in 2026, are approx. 84 sqm and consist of 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. The rooms feature 2 bathrooms/WC, a kitchenette, microwave, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, and minibar. It is a modernly designed family room (G2A).
