Location: This vacation hotel is located directly on the long, sandy beach of Incekum. The town of Avsallar, with various shopping and entertainment options, is just a few minutes' walk away. Alanya is approximately 23 km away; public minibus connections are available on the coastal road.

Amenities: The holiday property offers 168 rooms across three buildings. Diverse hotel amenities include a lobby with a reception area and comfortable seating, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (inclusive with advance reservation and subject to availability), bars, a lounge with a satellite TV corner, as well as a mini-market, various shops, and a hairdresser (all for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. The beautifully landscaped garden features a freshwater swimming pool facing the sea, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge for our guests here and at the beach section, which has its own beach bar.

Accommodation:

Double room with sea view: The modern-designed rooms consist of one room and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, individual air conditioning, minibar, tiled floor, and a balcony or terrace with a sea view (DM). DZ=Single use (DEM).

Super saver room: Identical to the double rooms facing landside (SSZ).

Double room Deluxe Beach sea view: Located in the annex building, these rooms are more spacious than the standard double rooms and feature a terrace with a direct sea view (DDM). Starting Summer 26, the "Beach Pavilions" are included for this room category.

Family room with sea view: These rooms with a sea view are spread over two floors with the same features as the double rooms. The lower level includes a bedroom with a shower/WC. The upper, open-plan floor, accessible via stairs, also offers a bedroom. These family rooms are located in the annex on the 3rd floor without an elevator and have a direct sea view (FM2).

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive +: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late-riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, and coffee, tea, and cake in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and selected imported beverages are included at the bars from 10:00 AM to 02:00 AM. Your minibar is stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival.

Not included in All Inclusive +: Imported beverages, freshly squeezed juices, bottled beverages, and drinks after midnight.

Sports included: Beach volleyball, table tennis, darts, billiards, and fitness room.

Entertainment: Various evening entertainment programs (shows 1-2 times a week and live music 2-3 times a week).

Wellness: All treatments at the Spahan Wellness Center are by appointment and for a fee.
