Location: The family-friendly holiday hotel is located directly on the long sandy beach (partially slightly pebbly at the tide line) of Incekum. A short walk away is the town of Avsallar, which offers various shopping and entertainment options. Alanya is approximately 23 km away, and public minibus connections are available on the coastal road.

Facilities: This holiday destination, popular with many repeat guests, offers 200 rooms spread over three to four floors. Various amenities include a reception area and lobby bar with comfortable seating, a buffet restaurant with a terrace area, and starting Summer 2026, three à-la-carte restaurants (Italian restaurant and grill restaurant for a fee, fish restaurant included once for stays of at least four nights (with reservation)), additional bars, and a mini-market (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in public areas. In the beautifully landscaped garden, there is a freshwater swimming pool located towards the sea (heatable/coolable depending on season and weather starting Summer 2026), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, a pool/snack bar, and a spacious lawn. Sun loungers, beach towels, and parasols are provided free of charge for our guests here and at the beach section, which has its own beach bar.

Accommodation:

Double Room Sea Side: Decorated in bright colors, the rooms consist of one room and are equipped with a shower/WC, minibar, hairdryer, split air conditioning, LED TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea setup, a double bed or two single beds, and an armchair. They are located on the sea side and feature a balcony (DY2). Also available for single occupancy (DY1).

Double Room Superior: With similar features to the double rooms, these additionally include a bathrobe, have a sea view, and a balcony (DMU).

Superior Swim Up: With similar features to the superior rooms, these offer direct access to a shared pool (MBS). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.

Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Family Room (AYT820): The family rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually controlled), mini-fridge, tiled floor, and a balcony or terrace with a sea view.

Super Saver Room (AYT820): The saver rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually controlled), mini-fridge, tiled floor, and a balcony or terrace on the sea side, but may be located in a less preferred position.

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late-riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, and coffee/tea and pastries. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Your mini-fridge is restocked daily with soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive: Freshly squeezed fruit juices, imported drinks

Entertainment: During the day, soft animation with sports and games; in the evening, various entertainment programs.

Wellness: Turkish bath, sauna, massages, and treatments are available for a fee.

Children's program: Separate children's pool.
