Location: The well-known holiday resort is located directly on the gently sloping sandy beach of Avsallar, with the town center just a few minutes' walk away. Alanya, with its historical sights and numerous entertainment options, is approximately 22 km away; public minibus connections are available.

Antalya Airport is approx. 100 km away.

Facilities: The holiday accommodation, with an international clientele, offers 264 rooms spread across two main buildings on the beach and a side building across the street (connected by an underpass), each with five floors (elevators available). An elegant reception hall with panoramic windows, elevators, reception, cozy seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area (charges apply for rooms). Further amenities in the main building include the main restaurant with a terrace and sea view (weather permitting), an à la carte restaurant (once per stay from May to October with prior reservation), additional bars, chic shops (for a fee), the modern indoor pool (heated in winter), and a wellness area. A room is available for guests for late check-out. The swimming pool, situated above the sea with panoramic sea views, a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge here and on the beach.

Double Room: The modernly designed rooms are located across the street in the side building, which can be reached via a hotel-owned underpass. They offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), satellite TV with music channel, minibar, safe (rental fee), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Double Room with Side Sea View: Same amenities as the double rooms in the side building, but slightly more elegant, with shower/WC, central air conditioning, and a side sea view from the balcony. They feature tiled or laminate flooring (DMS/DES). For an additional charge, this room (Double Room Type A) can be booked with land and sea view (DA/DEA). Rooms (Double Room Type B) with direct sea view are available for an extra charge (DB). Double room for single use (DEB). These rooms are located in the main building A or B.

Double Room without Balcony: Rooms without a balcony are located in the main building and are equipped with a shower/WC, laminate or tiled flooring, and centrally controlled air conditioning. Additionally, the room has a direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, a minibar, and a safe (rental fee). Double room for single use (DO/DEO), maximum occupancy 2 people.

Double Room Side Building (Summer 26): The modernly designed rooms are located across the street in the side building, which can be reached via a hotel-owned underpass. They offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV with music channel, minibar, safe (rental fee), laminate flooring, and a terrace or balcony on the lower floors (DNH). Double room for single use (ENH).

Family Room Sea View (Summer 26): With similar amenities to the double rooms in the main building, they feature two bedrooms with a connecting door, a balcony or terrace, and a sea view (F2M).

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, late riser's breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, Gözleme and ice cream hour (May to October), and midnight soup. Optionally, you can dine once per stay at the à la carte restaurant with prior reservation (weather permitting, May to October). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the open bars between 10 am and midnight. Upon arrival, your minibar will be stocked with still water and soft drinks; soft drinks are refilled twice a week.

Not included in All Inclusive: Imported beverages, freshly squeezed fruit juices, room service, and drinks in the disco.

Sports included: Tennis during the day on a hard court, table tennis, fitness room, water aerobics in summer, boccia, and darts.

Sports for a fee: Floodlights for the tennis court, billiards.

Entertainment: From April to October, daytime entertainment with sports and games, and in the evening, various entertainment shows in the amphitheater (six times a week) and disco from 0:00 to 2:00 am (open from May to October).

Wellness: Turkish bath and sauna are included. Massages and all treatments are available for a fee.

Children's program: From April to October, six times a week, multilingual mini-club for children aged 4 to 12 years and mini-disco during the day.
