Location: The holiday resort is located approx. 250 m from the hotel's own beach section, which is easily accessible via a walkway. The centre of the Avsallar district is approx. 500 m away, Alanya approx. 22 km. Public minibus connections and taxis are available on the nearby main road.

Facilities: The modern hotel complex with a total of 575 rooms consists of four buildings, each with five floors. Amenities include a spacious reception hall with a reception area and comfortable seating, a lobby bar, lifts in each building, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (included once per stay from May to October with prior reservation), and further bars. Various shops (each for a fee) and a satellite TV corner. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The well-maintained, beautifully landscaped outdoor area features a pool landscape with three freshwater swimming pools (one is heated in the pre- and post-season depending on the weather, and cooled if necessary), a separate children's pool, and another pool with three water slides (operates at specific hours), sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols, as well as bath towels, are included here and at the hotel's own beach section (beach bar with soft drinks and beer).

Accommodation:

Double Room: The modern rooms, designed in bright colours, are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, mini-fridge, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Sea view bookable at a surcharge (DM). Pool view bookable at a surcharge (PD).

Super Saver Room: Identical to the double rooms, but in a less favourable location (SSZ).

Family Room: Consist of a combined living/sleeping area with two single beds, and a separate bedroom with a double bed, connected by a door. Otherwise, similar amenities to the double rooms (DF2).

Double Room Swim-Up: With similar amenities to the double rooms, they have a terrace with two sun loungers and direct access to the pool (SWD). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.

Therefore, for safety reasons concerning children, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Suite: The rooms, approximately 35 m², have a double bed and a single bed and feature similar amenities to the double rooms with a standing balcony (SA). Rooms with a balcony can be booked additionally (S2).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks by the pool and on the beach during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. At the beach bar, you will receive still water, beer, juice concentrates, coffee and tea, and soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Sports included: Table tennis, darts, and fitness room.

Entertainment: Daytime soft animation (from May to October), occasional evening entertainment programs.

Wellness: Turkish bath, steam bath, and sauna are included. Massages and other treatments are available for a fee.

Children's program: Daytime multilingual kids' club for children aged 4 to 12 with hourly supervision (seasonal, from May to October), children's playground. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.
