Location: The spacious hotel is situated in the middle of an old pine grove and borders directly onto the expansive sand/grass beach. The town of Belek is approx. 2 km away and the provincial capital of Antalya is approx. 45 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

This holiday resort, popular with many regular guests, has a total of 596 rooms spread across the seven-story main building, two annex buildings with five and six floors respectively, and two-story bungalows and Lagoon Duplex Swim-Up rooms. For all room types, there is a personal holiday assistant service and turn-down service. The many amenities include an elegant lobby with a reception, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar, lifts in the main and annex buildings, two buffet restaurants with terraces (one of which is for guests aged 16 and over for breakfast and dinner), various à la carte restaurants (for a fee, with advance reservation), an à la carte restaurant (open 24 hours, included without reservation), several bars, a patisserie and "Let's Play" game room, a well-equipped wellness area with a vitamin bar, and a modern indoor pool with a separate children's pool. An exclusive shopping arcade, a hairdresser, and several conference rooms (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex and in the rooms. A comfort zone with lockers, showers, and a relaxation area is available for guests checking in from 7 a.m. or checking out between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. In the landscaped garden, you will find a small amusement park (children under three years old only under parental supervision), an amphitheater for evening events, a beautifully landscaped swimming pool area with a separate children's pool, a kids' aquapark, a garden pool, another pool just for adults, and a pool with six water slides (available at set hours), a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Here and on the beach (with a beach bar, pier bar, and two swimming piers, one of which is for adults only), loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included.

Winter:

- Three à la carte restaurants are open with prior reservation and for a fee

- Amusement park, swimming pier, water slides, and water sports offerings are not available

- No evening events in the amphitheater and no open-air disco

- The adult pool is heated depending on weather conditions and available to all guests (including children) until the end of March

- Beach volleyball depending on weather conditions

Accommodation:

Double Room Type B: These modern-designed rooms are located in Annex Building B, near the reception, and offer a double bed or two single beds, a separate bathroom with shower and separate WC, branded cosmetic products, vanity mirror, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, walk-in closet, sofa, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (VRF), minibar, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle with coffee/tea setup, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony with land view (DB). DZ=EZ for single use (DEB).

Bungalow Room: Located in the bungalows, these offer similar amenities to the Double Room Type B, including a sofa, kettle with coffee/tea setup, separate shower/WC, walk-in closet, laminate flooring, and a balcony with garden view (BZ2). DZ=EZ for single use (BZ1).

Double Room Type A: Located in Annex Building A on the land side, near the garden pool, these offer similar amenities to the Double Room Type B, with a double bed or two single beds and a shower/WC (DA). DZ=EZ for single use (DEA).

Double Room: Located in the main building with the same amenities as the Double Room Type B, these feature a double bed or two single beds, side sea view, and a sofa (DMS). DZ=EZ for single use (DES).

Family Room Type A: With the same amenities and location as the Double Room Type A, these consist of two separate rooms, two separate showers and one separate WC, one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two sofa beds, individual air conditioning, walk-in closet, and land view (2FA).

Family Room: Located in the main building, offering the same features as the double room, these have two rooms with a connecting door (one with a double bed and one with two sofa beds), individual air conditioning, walk-in closet, two separate showers, and one separate WC. These rooms have a side sea view (FS2).

Family Room Type B: With the same amenities and location as the Double Room Type B, these consist of two separate rooms (one with a double bed and one with two sofa beds), individual air conditioning, walk-in closet, two separate showers, and two separate WCs, with a land view (2FB).

Deluxe Room: These modern rooms are located on the top floor of the main building with side sea views. In addition to the Double Room Type B amenities, they offer a separate shower and WC, walk-in closet, vanity chair and mirror, VRF air conditioning, and a terrace with a whirlpool, two sun loungers, a swing for one person, table, and two chairs (weather permitting). On the day of arrival, you will be accompanied to your room by the Voyage Assistant (personal holiday assistant), greeted with a chocolate platter and a bottle of wine. The Maxibar also includes alcoholic drinks in small bottles, waffles, chips, peanuts, and soft drinks. Fresh bath towels are provided to your room, breakfast in the room is available upon request between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m., and you will receive a daily fruit platter, coffee/tea setup, pastry service, and turn-down service (DDS).

Lagoon Duplex Swim Up: These modern, well-equipped swim-up rooms are located near the reception in the lagoon area. They offer plenty of space and comfort over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a sleeping area with two sofa beds, a separate shower and WC, and direct access to the pool (not heated) via the terrace. On the upper level is the bedroom with a separate shower and WC, dressing room, central air conditioning, and balcony. In addition to the facilities and services of the Deluxe Rooms, you will be greeted by the Voyage Assistant, have a bottle of wine and a bouquet of flowers in your room upon arrival, turn-down service, coffee/tea setup, daily pastry service, and breakfast service in the room once per stay (8:00–11:00 a.m.). Exclusively in summer, you receive drink service between 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and a small snack service with little treats brought to your terrace between 12:30 p.m.–4:00 p.m. (LV2).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast with fresh fruit or vegetable juice, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets; additionally, an adult-only restaurant (16+) for breakfast and dinner, a children's buffet in the family restaurant, various snack stations throughout the day, fruit service on the beach in summer, patisserie with various pastries and cakes as well as ice cream. The 24-hour open "Cuisine 24" with an à la carte menu without reservation is included. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks, energy drinks, and local sparkling wine are available at the open bars. Freshly squeezed fruit juices (three types in the main restaurant and vitamin bar, depending on the season) are included. The minibar is replenished daily with beer, soft drinks, milk, cocoa, water, and chocolate waffles, peanuts, and chips.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: All à la carte restaurants, other imported drinks, bottled wines, and sparkling wine.

Sports included: Fitness center (16+), darts, tennis during the day on two hard courts, tennis equipment rental, minigolf, table tennis, badminton and football, beach volleyball, bocce, bowling (in the "Let's Play" game room), as well as archery and air rifle shooting.

Sports for a fee: Golf: Transfer to Montgomerie Maxx Royal Golf Course, green fees for a fee. The golf course is closed at the end of September/beginning of October. Alternatives can be requested at the hotel.

Entertainment: Varied animation with sports and games; in summer, evening shows and events in the amphitheater and open-air disco.

Wellness: Steam bath, sauna, and Turkish bath are included. Massages, all treatments, and other facilities in the wellness area are for a fee.

Children's program: During the day, Tugi Kids World for children aged 3–12 in various age groups with many activities; in high season (15/6–15/9), there is also a Teen Club for 13–15 year olds. Playground near the beach, children's buffets, high chairs in the restaurant (subject to availability). Baby food in 125g jars and swim diapers are included.

Hotel Service: Baby bath, potty, toilet seat, night lamp, digital thermometer, nasal aspirator, bottle warmer and sterilizer, baby monitor, baby cam, and strollers available on request against a deposit.
