Location: This impressive luxury resort is located directly on the extensive sandy beach of Belek; the hotel's own golf course is just a few hundred meters away. You can reach the small town of Belek after approx. 1 km and the provincial capital of Antalya after approx. 45 km. Taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The luxury resort guarantees the best conditions for a dream holiday. A total of 531 suites and villas are spread across the main building with eight floors, the terrace house attached to the main building with its own pool area, and the exclusive villas located near the golf course. In the impressive lobby, you will be warmly welcomed with a Maxx Signature cocktail and caviar, checked in with the personal Maxx Assistant Service, and escorted to your room. Private lounge for early arrivals/late departures with seating area, lockers, and showers. The special atmosphere of this exceptional resort is reflected in its many amenities, including the main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), various à la carte restaurants (some require prior reservation and a service fee; one à la carte restaurant is open 24 hours a day without reservation and free of charge), several bars with various beverage selections and premium brand drinks, and the GameIn game center with bowling, billiards, laser tag, exclusive shops (for a fee), a cinema, the modern indoor pool with a separate children's pool, and the professional Maxx Wellbeing Spa area. Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the hotel area. In the beautifully landscaped garden, you will find, in addition to the spacious pool landscape with a seawater pool, the pool, terrace pool, relax pool, main pool, and another pool exclusively for adults, the aquapark with various freshwater pools, separate children's pools and children's animation pool, various water slides, and separate water slides for children. Inviting sun terraces, various snack options, and the pool and beach bar for that perfect holiday feeling. Sun loungers (with integrated cushions), parasols, and beach towels are, of course, free of charge for you.

Winter:

Accommodation:

Suite: The spacious suites are located in the main building, are extremely comfortably equipped, and offer you a bathroom with shower and whirlpool, WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers (also for children aged 1-12 years), air conditioning (central), turn-down service, Maxx Assistant Service, pillow menu, walk-in closet, sofa, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, a Nespresso capsule machine and kettle for coffee/tea making, minibar, safe, vinyl flooring, and a balcony with land view (S2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (S2M). Double room = single room for sole use (S1/S1M).

Terrace Lagoon Family Suite: Located on the ground floor of the terrace house, which is connected to the main building by a corridor, these suites offer similar amenities to the standard suites. They feature two bedrooms, a walk-in closet, two WCs, and two bathrooms—one with shower/WC and one with a jet power shower. Direct access from the terrace to the Terrace Lagoon Family Suites' pool area (TFL). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.

Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

Royal Suite: These suites are located in the main building. While otherwise offering the same amenities as the standard suites, they provide a bathroom with shower/WC, a walk-in closet, a whirlpool in the living area, and a balcony with a sea view. Room service included (R2). Double room = single room for sole use (R1S).

Terrace Family Suite: They are located in the terrace house above the terrace family suites with their own pool area and have land and pool views. With otherwise similar amenities to the standard suites, the family suite features two bedrooms (with connecting door, one with a double bed and one with a twin sofa bed), two shower/WCs, and two balconies (one with a whirlpool). These rooms are connected to the main building via a corridor (2FT).

Family Suite: This room type is located in the main building, treats you to the comfortable basic features of the suites, and consists of two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds or a twin sofa bed), a dressing room, one bathroom with shower/WC, another bathroom with jet-shower panel/WC, and a balcony (2FS). Can be booked with a sea view for an extra charge (2FM).

Roof Family Suite: Located on the upper floors of the main building, they offer similar amenities to the family suite, plus two bathrooms with shower/WC, a sofa, and two balconies with a whirlpool and land view (RFS). Can also be booked with a sea view (RMF).

Lagoon Duplex Suite: They are located in the main building with a view of the relax pool and are spaciously laid out. This suite offers two bedrooms over two floors, two WCs, one bathroom with a shower, and one with a whirlpool. Maxxibar (upgraded minibar), living room with sofa, and a walk-in closet as well as a terrace with pool access. Room service is included here (DL2). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided from rich buffets in the main restaurant with a diet corner and children's buffet. In summer, various snack options are available outdoors during the day, as well as fruit service, ice cream, and sandwiches at the pool and beach. Some à la carte restaurants (some for a fee). Coffee/tea and exquisite pastry selection in the patisserie, homemade chocolates from Belgian chocolate in the Chocolatier, and Mövenpick homemade ice cream. In the patisserie/café, you can receive drinks and international quality pastry products à la carte; homemade ice cream is served separately. For 24 hours, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some selected imported luxury spirits are included for you at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with water, soft drinks, beer, wine, and various snacks.

Not included in All Inclusive: Further imported drinks, some premium brand drinks, sparkling wine, and bottled drinks.

Sports included: Tennis and equipment on the four clay and five hard courts (floodlight included), tennis equipment, paddle tennis, professional fitness room, table tennis, crossfit, darts, pilates, archery, air rifle shooting (from 16 years), in summer yoga classes, water gymnastics, paintball, beach volleyball, and canoe rental.

Sports for a fee: Tennis lessons and rental of professional tennis equipment, use of professional football pitches, and private fitness classes.

Golf: In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the hotel's own 18-hole "Montgomerie Maxx Royal Golf Course". Golf lessons, green fees, golf carts, and a pro shop are available for a fee. Shuttle service is included.

Entertainment: Diverse animation program with sports and games, sophisticated entertainment shows in the evenings as well as live acts and live music, open-air disco, and party nights several times a week.

Wellness: Relax in the modern Maxx Wellbeing Spa area; Turkish bath, sauna, steam bath, and the snow fountain are free of charge. Various massages, other treatments, and facilities are subject to a charge.

Children's program: "Dinoland" with seven life-sized movable dinosaurs. In addition, the "Maxxi Land" offers, both in terms of location and the range of various activities, superlative children's animation for children aged 1-12 years and teenagers aged 13-17 years (summer only) in different age groups for fun and games.
