Location: Newly opened in May 2024, the spacious hotel complex is nestled amidst an old pine grove and borders directly on the extensive sandy/pebble beach. The town of Belek is about 2 km away, and the provincial capital Antalya is about 45 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities: The upscale hotel covers an area of 100,000 m² and has a total of 499 rooms spread across the seven-story main building and several annex buildings. Among the many amenities are an elegant lobby with a reception, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar. Lifts in the main building, a main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservations required, for a fee), a restaurant open 24 hours a day and free of charge (no prior reservation needed), several bars, a patisserie, a well-equipped wellness area, a vitamin bar, and the modern indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open in the winter season), as well as an exclusive shopping arcade, a hairdresser, and several conference rooms (each for a fee) are available to you. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms. A comfort zone for early arrivals/late departures. In the landscaped garden, you will find four pools and a children's pool, a kids' aquapark with seven water slides for children, and an aquapark for adults with eight water slides, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Accommodation:

Deluxe Room: The modernly equipped rooms are approximately 56 m² in size and feature a shower/toilet, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, IP Smart TV, VRF air conditioning, safe, Nespresso coffee machine and tea setup, balcony with garden view (DD2). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DDM). Double room can be used as a single room (DD1/DM1).

Superior Room: With similar amenities to the Deluxe Rooms, these are significantly larger (approx. 72 m²) and feature a whirlpool and a sofa (J2N). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DSJ). Double room can be used as a single room (J1N/D1J).

Deluxe Swim-Up Room: With similar amenities to the Deluxe Rooms, these are significantly larger (approx. 64 m²) and offer direct access to the shared pool designated for this room type (DWU). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DWS). Double room can be used as a single room (WU1/EWS).

Family Suite: With similar amenities to the Deluxe Rooms, these are significantly larger (approx. 80 m²) and feature two shower/toilets. The room has its own safe and television and is located on the ground floor with garden view (2FS).

Corner Family Suite: With similar amenities to the Family Suites, these are significantly larger (approx. 116 m²) and feature two rooms with an connecting door and two bathrooms. With forest view (DF2). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (F2M).

Villa "Casita by Ethno": The approximately 140 m² suite is located in the Casita section of the hotel and additionally features a bar, Casita Beach Club access, a terrace, and direct access to the shared pool (V2). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.

Therefore, for bookings of these room types, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children due to safety reasons.

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast with fresh fruit or vegetable juice, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, various snack stations throughout the day, a 24-hour à la carte restaurant, fruit service on the beach in summer, patisserie with various pastries, cakes, and ice cream. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages and local sparkling wine, are available at the bars that are open. Freshly squeezed fruit juices (depending on the season, three types in the main restaurant and vitamin bar) are included. Your minibar will be refilled daily with beer, water, and soft drinks.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: À la carte restaurants, cigar bar, and wine shop (depending on wine selection).

Sports included: Indoor and outdoor fitness center, darts, tennis during the day, table tennis, football, beach volleyball, paddle boating, yoga, Pilates, aqua aerobics, cenote (sound healing).
