Location: The modern hotel, newly opened in summer 2024, is located in Sorgun/Side. The hotel's private beach section is approximately 900 m away (a shuttle service runs several times a day in the summer). Manavgat is approximately 3 km away and the picturesque old town of Side is approximately 2 km away.

Facilities: The hotel has a total of 325 rooms spread over six floors (elevators available). The amenities of this modern hotel, designed in light colors, include a spacious lobby with a reception, a lobby bar and cozy seating areas, the main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (one included with reservation for a minimum stay of 7 nights), a patisserie serving various hot and cold drinks, Shiller Coffee (at specific times), and a nightclub. The shopping center and games room are accessible for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area. Furthermore, the hotel offers an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (heatable in April, October, and during the winter season) as well as a SPA and wellness area. The spacious garden features a large freshwater swimming pool, an aquapark pool with a total of 5 slides, and a children's pool with a slide (heatable depending on the season and weather in April and October). Additionally, there is a pool snack restaurant, a snack bar, and a beach restaurant/snack bar. Sun terraces, umbrellas, sun loungers, and bath towels are included at the pool, in the aquapark (not heatable), and on the beach.

Accommodation:

Double room: The modern rooms, approximately 28-31 m² in size and decorated in light colors, feature one double bed and one single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, LCD satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony on the land side (D/DA). Available for an additional charge with a side pool view (DP) or as a room with a whirlpool on the balcony (DY2/DJW). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (DE/DEA/DEP/DY1/EJW).

Superior double room with pool view: The modern rooms, approximately 34-38 m² in size and decorated in light colors, feature one double bed and one single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, LCD satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with a side pool view (DSP). Rooms with a whirlpool (partly on the balcony) can be booked for an additional charge (PBD). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (DST/BPE).

Swim-Up double room: The approximately 31-35 m² double rooms offer the same amenities as the double rooms but with direct access to the pool and a Nespresso coffee machine. Children only bookable from 3 years of age. (SWD). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (SWE). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.

Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Family room: The family rooms consist of 2 bedrooms (separated by a connecting door), one double bed in one and two single beds in the other, and one bathroom. Otherwise, the same amenities as the double rooms (DFB). Rooms with a whirlpool can be booked for an additional charge (2FA).

Comfort double room (Summer '24/Winter '24): The rooms consist of 2 bedrooms (separated by a connecting door), one double bed in one and two single beds in the other, and one bathroom; land-side room, maximum 2 adults, otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms (2CD).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Late riser breakfast, various snacks at the pool and beach during the day (in summer). The coffee patisserie offers cold and hot drinks from Shiller Coffee (at specific times), tea and pastries, as well as ice cream. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The well-stocked minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, and mineral water.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Further imported drinks and champagne.

Sports included: In summer: beach volleyball, table tennis, fitness center, gymnastics, and step aerobics.

Entertainment: Animation during the day with various sports activities and games, occasional live music and entertainment shows in the evening, and foam parties in the summer.

Wellness: Sauna, steam bath, and Turkish bath are free of charge. Various massage packages are available for an additional fee. In winter, the indoor freshwater pool is open (heatable from 1.10. to 30.4.).

Children's program: Miniclub for children aged 4 to 12 years (at specific times), mini disco.

Special baby packages are available for families with babies, free of charge upon request at the reception (in summer).

Hotel service: Room service, laundry service, and medical treatments (each for a fee).
