Location: The popular holiday hotel is located near the evergreen Sorgun Forest, about 600 meters from the sandy beach. The picturesque old town of Side is approx. 3 km away and the city of Manavgat is approx. 8 km away. Both can be reached by public minibus and taxis.

Facilities: The hotel consists of four and five-story buildings and has a total of 300 rooms. The various hotel facilities include a tastefully designed lobby with a reception, inviting seating areas, the main restaurant, à la carte restaurants, various bars, a hairdresser, shops (each for a fee), a well-equipped spa center, and a modern indoor pool (heated depending on the season and weather). Wi-Fi is free in the hotel area, beach club, and in the rooms. In the spacious garden area, there is a freshwater swimming pool in summer (two main pools are heated in winter depending on the weather) with a separate children's pool, a baby pool, and a pool with four water slides and sun terraces. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available to our guests free of charge here and at the beach with a beach/snack bar (weather permitting).

Deluxe Suite: The tastefully and modernly furnished rooms with kitchenette (on request and subject to availability) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, TV, air conditioning (weather-dependent/operated hourly), Wi-Fi included, safe, microwave, electric hot plate, refrigerator, toaster (on request), tea/coffee setup, two sofa beds, tiled or laminate floor, and balcony (S2). Rooms with terrace and land view (TT), terrace and pool view (POS), or balcony with sea view (2MZ) are available for an extra charge.

Bookable with breakfast under SA (balcony/land view), TS (terrace/land view), JBA (terrace/pool view), 2MA (balcony/sea view) and with half-board under 2SB (balcony/land view), DT2 (terrace/land view), JPB (terrace/pool view), and 2UM (balcony/sea view).

Deluxe Suite Swim-Up: Similar features to the Deluxe Suites, they have a bedroom and living room as well as a terrace and direct access to the communal pool (2SU). Bookable from 12+ years.

Bookable under NPZ with half-board and under A2Q with breakfast.

Deluxe Suite Two Bedrooms: Similar features to the Deluxe Suites, with the addition of two bedrooms and a living room, bathroom/WC, and balcony (2FS).

For Summer 25:

Bookable under B2F with half-board and under A2F with breakfast.

Penthouse Suite A: Similar features to the suite rooms, located on the top floor, additionally featuring a whirlpool on the balcony/terrace, bathrobe, slippers, and iron/ironing board on request, a double bed and 2 sofas, as well as a view of the amphitheater and sea view (PHS). Bookable from 9 years old.

For Summer 25:

Bookable under SO with half-board and under DHI with breakfast.

Penthouse Suite B: Same features as the Penthouse Suite A, located on the top floor. Featuring 2 rooms and a living room with two sofa beds and a whirlpool, as well as a view of the amphitheater and the sea (ZZD). Bookable from 9 years old.

For Summer 25:

Bookable under SXI with half-board and under SC with breakfast.

Meals:

Breakfast: You can help yourself at the rich breakfast buffet.

Half-board: Breakfast and dinner in buffet style.

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from a rich buffet, snacks during the day, various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the respective open bars included 24 hours a day. Use of the à la carte restaurants with prior reservation is included.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Further à la carte restaurants and all imported drinks.

All Inclusive Plus & All Inclusive (AYTD21): Corresponds to the UAI.

Sports included: Fitness room, one tennis court during the day, table tennis, beach volleyball, tennis court as well as rackets and balls.

Wellness: Turkish bath free of charge. Massage, all applications, and treatments in the spa area are for a fee.

Children's program: Mini club for children from 3 to 7 years with hourly supervision, teen club for children from 8 years, mini disco, children's buffet, playground (weather-dependent). Furthermore, there is the Bary-Star concept for toddlers (0-3 years) (Parents can request supervision for some activities):
