Location: The popular holiday hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the evergreen Sorgun Forest, directly on the expansive sandy beach. The resort of Side is approx. 1 km away and the city of Manavgat is approx. 5 km away. Both are easily accessible via public minibus and taxi.

Facilities: This spacious, comfortable hotel consists of a five-story, U-shaped main building (six elevators available) as well as an area with two-story lake villas, and features a total of 761 rooms. Various hotel facilities in the main building include a tastefully designed lobby with a reception area, inviting seating groups, and a lobby bar; the main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting); an additional buffet restaurant near the lake villas (breakfast and snacks in summer); various à la carte restaurants; several bars; multiple conference rooms; a cinema; an internet café and games room; a hairdresser; shops (each for a fee); a well-equipped wellness and spa center; and a modern indoor pool with an integrated children's pool (seasonal). Wi-Fi is available in some hotel areas free of charge. In the spacious garden area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and 3 water slides in the summer, along with sun terraces, an aqua park with eight water slides (open by the hour), and a pool/snack bar. Here, as well as at the lake villa pool and on the beach with a beach/snack bar (bathing pier available from May 15 to Oct 15), sun loungers, sun shades (only on the beach), and bath towels (with a towel card) are provided to our guests free of charge. Furthermore, your hotel offers a funfair with rides (evenings for a fee) and an amphitheater for entertainment shows (May 1 to Oct 15).

Double Room: The tastefully and modernly furnished rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (weather-dependent/operated by the hour), minibar, satellite LCD TV with music channel, Wi-Fi included, safe, sofa bed for the third person, carpeted or laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room: Identical to the double rooms (SSZ). Also bookable for single use in the summer (SSE).

Double Room Superior: Features the same amenities as the double rooms with an additional sleeping option; located in the main building. (Maximum occupancy 2+2) (DSU).

Family Room: Located in the main building and, while otherwise featuring the same amenities, consists of two bedrooms with a connecting door (DF2).

Double Room Type A/B: These rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms but include laminate flooring, are located in the villa pool area, and have a garden view (DA). A pool view can be booked for an extra charge (DB).

Family Villa: The rooms feature 2 bedrooms and are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (weather-dependent/operated by the hour), minibar, satellite LCD TV with music channel, Wi-Fi included, safe, carpet or laminate flooring, and a balcony or terrace; located in the villa area (V2).

Saver Room Type A: The rooms are located in the annex building and feature two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar, air conditioning (weather-dependent and centrally controlled), laminate flooring, and additionally include a French balcony (SSX). Double room for single use (ESX). (Also bookable under AYTA81 with DNH/ENH codes.)

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast (fresh orange juice included), lunch, and dinner from a rich buffet; late-riser breakfast; snacks during the day; coffee/tea and pastries during the day; and an ice cream hour in the "Side Street". Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included at the respective open bars from 9:30 AM to 12:00 AM, at the disco bar until 3:00 AM, and at the lobby bar 24 hours a day. The Vitamin Bar is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks, still water, mineral water, and beer.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Service fee for à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and reservation), further imported drinks, bottled drinks, energy drinks, as well as the "Planet Beach Club".

Sports included: Four hard tennis courts during the day, rental of tennis rackets and balls, table tennis, mountain bike and Nordic walking tours 3x per week, fitness center, basketball, bocce, mini soccer, mini golf, darts, archery, water aerobics, and aerobics. Tennis group lessons (for 4 or more people), beach volleyball, water polo, air rifle shooting, shuffleboard, step aerobics, Pilates, and stretching.

Sports for a fee: Soccer fields, billiards, bowling, tennis, and soccer field with floodlights in the evening.

Entertainment: Versatile daytime animation program, disco, evening shows (May 1 to Oct 15), and cinema screenings.

Wellness: Sauna, Turkish bath, and steam bath free of charge at specific times. Sauna, Turkish bath, and steam bath in the VIP area, massage, and all applications and treatments in the well-equipped wellness and spa area are for a fee.

Children's program: Mini club (by the hour) for children aged 4-12 and a playground. In summer, also a junior club for ages 13-16 during peak season (June 1 to Sept 1) and a mini disco. Lolli Town (May 1 to Sept 30) for a fee.

Hotel service: Atari games, PlayStation, rides in the funfair, telephone and fax charges, laundry service, doctor service, and internet café are available for a fee.
