Location: This well-known hotel complex is located only approx. 150 m (via a small path through the beautiful garden) from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach of Gündogdu. Some shopping facilities in the village of Gündogdu can be reached in a few minutes' walk, and Side itself is approx. 15 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the complex.

Facilities: This holiday residence, which is particularly popular with German regular guests, consists of two building sections (with panoramic elevators) and a total of 157 rooms. In the main building, you will find a tastefully decorated lobby with seating areas, a patisserie, lobby bar, and reception; a buffet restaurant with a terrace area overlooking the pool; two à la carte restaurants (weather permitting from 01.05. to 31.10.; rotating, and one à la carte meal is included with a minimum stay of 7 nights); various bars; a disco; and an indoor pool (winter). Shops and a hairdresser are available for an extra charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge at certain points in the complex. In the beautifully landscaped garden, there is a large freshwater swimming pool with two water slides (from 01.05. to 31.10.), a sun terrace, a pool/snack bar, and a separate children's pool, as well as a beach/snack bar at the beach. Sun loungers, cushions, bath towels (issued in the SPA area), and parasols are included in the price at the pool and beach.

Accommodation:

Double room: The comfortable rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled/weather-dependent), minibar, electric kettle, satellite TV, safe, tile or laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Direct sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DEM).

Super saver room: Have the same facilities otherwise but do not have a balcony (SOZ). DZ=EZ for single use can be booked (SOE).

Family room: With the same facilities, these feature an additional separate bedroom and are located in the main building (with a connecting door) (DF2).

Family room type B: With the same facilities, these feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door and are located approx. 350 m outside the main complex in an apartment area (2FB).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer): Breakfast and dinner from the buffet, late riser's breakfast, lunch at the beach (weather-dependent), coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as midnight buffet and soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Upon arrival, the minibar is stocked with water, mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juices. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in the Ultra All Inclusive: Freshly squeezed fruit juices, all imported drinks, bottled wines, and energy drinks.

Sports included: One hard tennis court during the day with own equipment, table tennis, darts, billiards, beach volleyball, and fitness room.

Sports for a fee: Tennis in the evening with floodlights.

Entertainment: During the day, soft animation (6 days a week) with games and competitions at the beach and pool, in the evening, an entertainment program on the stage in the garden area or in the conference room, and a disco.

Wellness: Turkish bath and sauna are included. Massages and further treatments are available for an extra charge.

Children's program: Miniclub for children from 4 to 12 years (hourly) and playground.

Hotel services: Laundry service, room service, telephone and fax charges each for an extra charge.
