Location: The comfortable hotel, which opened its doors in June 2025, is located in the Gündogdu resort area, approx. 380 m from the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach. (Regular shuttle to the beach available) The center of Side is approx. 12 km away, Manavgat approx. 15 km, and Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away. Regular public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

Facilities: The modern holiday complex consists of a main building with four to six floors and an Island building with three floors, offering a total of 486 rooms with several elevators. The hotel facilities include an elegant reception hall with seating areas, reception, and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and reservation for stays of at least seven nights, one included, and a second time included for stays of 14 nights or more), a 24-hour snack restaurant (à la carte service), several bars, a disco, an indoor pool with a separate children's pool, and a patisserie. Shops, a mini-market, and a hairdresser are available at a charge. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and beach area. The well-maintained garden features a freshwater swimming pool, an aquapark with five water slides for adults, and a children's aquapark with three water slides for the little ones (seasonal), the sun terrace, and a pool bar, a beach club with a snack restaurant (à la carte service). Sun loungers, mattresses, parasols, and bath towels are available free of charge by the pool.

Accommodation:

Double Room: The modern rooms, approximately 32 sqm, are comfortably furnished with a double bed and a single bed, shower/WC, bathrobe, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable/VRF), minibar, kettle, and coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with pool view (PD) or direct sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/PDE/DEM).

Promo Room: With similar amenities and size to the double rooms, but featuring a double bed or two single beds, located in the main building in a less preferred location (PRZ). Double room for single use (PRE).

Swim Up Room (Bookable for ages 13+): These specially equipped rooms feature a capsule coffee machine, ceramic flooring, and direct access to the communal pool of this category (SWD). Double room for single use (SWE). Sun loungers on the balcony standing over the water, turn-down service (room cleaning and bed preparation in the afternoon upon request), and the minibar is additionally stocked with beer, peanuts, and crackers. Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.

Therefore, for bookings of these room types, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for safety reasons.

Family Room: In addition to the usual amenities of double rooms, these rooms have an extra sleeping room with a connecting door and are approximately 54 sqm (DF2).

Double Room with Bunk Beds: The approximately 32 sqm rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms, but feature a double bed and bunk beds (DE2/So26: D2X).

Promo Family Room: With otherwise identical amenities and size to the family rooms, these rooms are located in a less preferred area (2FA).

Swim Up Suite (Bookable for ages 13+): The approximately 54 sqm rooms have similar amenities to the swim-up rooms, plus a living area with a sofa bed, a capsule coffee machine, and direct access to the communal pool. Turn-down service (room cleaning and bed preparation in the afternoon upon request), and the minibar is additionally stocked with beer, peanuts, and crackers (2SU).

Double Room with Whirlpool (Summer 2026): With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms feature a whirlpool (DDJ). Double room for single use (EDJ).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast (with fresh orange juice) in the main restaurant, lunch and dinner in buffet style, diverse food and drink options in the Beach Club, patisserie with coffee/tea and pastries. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and selected imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily. Wearing an Ultra All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra AI: Other imported beverages, fresh juices, bottled drinks, and energy drinks.

Sports included: Table tennis, darts, boccia, fitness center, and beach volleyball.

Entertainment: Diverse daytime games and sports animation, and evening shows, occasional live music, or cinema screenings.
