Location: The chic, comfortable hotel is located in the holiday region of Gündogdu, directly on a spacious, gently shelving sandy beach. The center of Side is approximately 15 km away. Regular public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

Amenities: This modern holiday retreat consists of four interconnected V-shaped building sections with a total of 288 rooms spread over six floors, served by six elevators. Hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with seating areas, reception and lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (available from May 1st, subject to availability and advance reservation, included once for stays of at least 7 nights), several bars, a disco, two indoor pools (seasonal), and a patisserie. Shops, a mini-market, and a hairdresser are available for an extra charge. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The well-maintained garden features two freshwater swimming pools in summer, one with two water slides (open by the hour from May 1st), a separate children's and baby pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar as well as a beach bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Accommodation:

Double room: The modern and comfortably furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), minibar, electric kettle, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate or tiled floor, and a balcony (D). Pool view (PD) or direct sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. Double rooms are available for single use (DE/PDE/DEM).

Double room garden view: Similar in features to the double rooms, these are located in the annex building with a terrace and have a garden view (DG). Double rooms are available for single use (DEG).

Family room Type A: With the same features as the double rooms, these offer an additional bedroom with a connecting door. The view is at the discretion of the hotelier (2FA).

Large family room Type B (Summer 2025): These are more spacious and feature similar amenities and room layout as the family room TYPE A with shower/WC; the view is at the discretion of the hotelier (2FB).

Comfort double room: Otherwise the same features as the double rooms, bookable with an occupancy of 3+0 (2CD).

Family room (Summer 2026): With the same features as the double rooms, these offer an additional bedroom with a connecting door. The view is at the discretion of the hotelier (DF2).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast and dinner in buffet style, late riser breakfast, lunch at the beach, patisserie with coffee/tea and pastries (10 am – 10 pm), snacks & hamburgers, and midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Upon arrival, the minibar is stocked with still water, mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juice. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Imported drinks, freshly squeezed juices, and bottled drinks.

Sports included: Table tennis, darts, boccia, fitness center, and beach volleyball.

Entertainment: Versatile play and sports animation during the day and evening show program, occasionally live music or cinema screenings (6 days a week).

Wellness: Turkish bath, steam bath, whirlpool, and sauna are included. Massages, spa pool, and all facilities and treatments in the well-equipped wellness center are for an extra charge.

Children's program: Multilingual mini club for children in different age groups from 4 to 12 years, children's buffet at dinner, and playground.

Hotel service: Telephone and fax charges, bathrobe rental, and laundry service are for an extra charge.
