Location: Located directly on a long sandy beach. The center of Side is approximately 6 km away and the newly designed village of Kumköy is in the immediate vicinity. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities: The hotel complex, with a total of 276 rooms, consists of two five-story buildings and is surrounded by an expansive garden. The holiday destination offers a spacious lobby with reception, seating areas, a lobby bar, elevators, and a buffet restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting). There are also various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Use of the internet corner and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is available free of charge. A comfort zone with shower facilities is available at all times for guests arriving early or departing late. The well-maintained garden area features a vitamin bar where Gözleme is freshly prepared, as well as a freshwater swimming pool (coolable, at the hotelier's discretion) with a sun terrace and pool bar, and a small pool with water slides that operates hourly/weather permitting. In addition to the sun loungers, cushions, and pool towels provided free of charge at the pool and beach with a beach bar, you will find an à-la-carte lunch restaurant and a snack bar here.

Winter:

- Sun terrace and pool bar are available weather permitting; water slides are not available.

- Freshwater swimming pool (heatable weather permitting, at the hotelier's discretion).

- Only one à-la-carte restaurant open (alternating cuisine).

- Beach snack bar closed.

- Indoor pool available from November to March (heatable weather permitting and at the hotelier's discretion). Open in October and April weather permitting.

- Bath towels are provided in the room.

Accommodation:

Super Saver Room without Balcony: These approx. 25m² rooms have otherwise the same amenities as standard rooms, featuring a shower or bath/WC, turndown service, and are located in a less preferred position without a balcony (SOZ). A limited number can also be booked as single rooms (SOE).

Superior Family Room: Approx. 42 m², consisting of two rooms with a connecting door and a balcony, one French bed and two single beds, and 2 bathrooms, slippers, bathrobes, turndown service, and a Nespresso machine. The rooms have land view; otherwise, they have the same equipment as double rooms (F2U).

Suite: Approx. 70 m² with a balcony, consisting of two rooms with a connecting door, one bedroom with a French bed and one living room with a couch; otherwise, they have the same amenities as standard rooms. From Summer '26: Whirlpool, Nespresso machine, slippers, bathrobes, Platinum Service Package (e.g., VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, and much more), as well as side sea view (2SS) or sea view (Summer '26, S2M).

Large Double Room (Superior Corner): These rooms are approx. 35m² and are slightly larger than the Superior double rooms while sharing the same amenities (one room). They consist of one double bed, one single bed, and a sofa (D2X).

Superior Double Room: These renovated and comfortably furnished rooms are approx. 30m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (VRV system), Nespresso machine, satellite TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, minibar, and balcony (DSU). Optionally bookable for an additional charge with side sea view (DSS) or direct sea view (DMU). Double room = single room for sole use (DSE), also bookable with side sea view (1SD) or direct sea view (EMU).

Deluxe Garden Room: These approx. 80 m² rooms (including private garden) feature a private garden area with sun loungers, garden view, and are equipped with a double bed and an armchair, slippers, and bathrobes. The Platinum Service Package (e.g., VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, and much more) is included in this room category (D2G).

Deluxe Double Room with Terrace Whirlpool: These rooms are located in the main building and, with an area of approx. 80m² (including terrace), offer a Platinum Service Package (e.g., VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, Nespresso machine, and much more). They feature a whirlpool on the spacious terrace and are additionally equipped with sun loungers (DDJ).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: When booking Ultra All Inclusive, you receive: Breakfast (also in the à-la-carte restaurant on the beach once per stay, summer only), lunch and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, freshly squeezed fruit juices at breakfast, and snacks during the day. Furthermore, you have the option to dine for lunch in the à-la-carte restaurants by the pool and on the beach (weather permitting), as well as once per stay in one of the two à-la-carte restaurants in the evening (otherwise upon availability and for a fee). An à-la-carte meal is also available nightly from midnight to 7 a.m. VS Cognacs, premium whiskeys, domestic and imported wines, imported beer, imported liqueurs, rum, as well as various local and some selected international alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Daily refilling of the minibar with soft drinks, beer, and still and mineral water. Wearing the All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Some imported drinks, bottled wines, vitamin bar, and energy drinks.

Sports included: Several hard tennis courts during the day, tennis racket and ball rental at the reception, table tennis, fitness center, and beach volleyball.

Sports for a fee: Billiards, floodlights for the tennis court.

Entertainment: Daytime animation program and evening shows as well as a disco (open during the summer season).

Wellness: Turkish bath, sauna, and steam bath are included. Further treatments are subject to a fee.

Children's program: Miraland for children aged 4-12 years and Teenage Club for 12-16 years with hourly supervision and daily animation, as well as a mini-disco.
