Location: Located directly on the long sandy beach of Kumköy. The ancient city of Side is approx. 5 km away and the city center of Manavgat is approx. 12 km away. Taxis and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities: The well-maintained hotel complex, with a total of 671 rooms, consists of a five-story main building with several elevators and an annex building, also five stories high and with elevators. Your hotel features a tastefully designed lobby with a reception area and seating, a buffet restaurant, several bars, a disco, various à-la-carte restaurants (open six days a week, from June 15 to September 15; one visit per week included upon reservation and subject to availability), an à-la-carte snack bar (open from 9:30 PM to 7 AM and included), TV room, disco, indoor pool, and various shops and a hairdresser for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. In the spacious garden, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool and water slides for children, three water slides for adults, and at the beach, there is a relaxation pool and a separate children's pool for children with sun terraces, sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels (included once a day).

Accommodation:

Double room: The friendly furnished rooms, located in the main building, are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centralized, hourly), mini-fridge, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Type A can only be booked with an occupancy of 2+2. Rooms with sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DEM).

Double room pool side: Same features as the double rooms, located in the annex building and on the pool side (DP). DZ=EZ for single use (DEP).

Large double room: In the main building, same features as the double rooms, slightly larger, with bunk bed and optical separation (D2X).

Family room pool side: With otherwise similar features as the double rooms, they consist of a bedroom and a combined living room/bedroom with a connecting door (the living area contains a sofa bed for the third person, and an extra bed can be provided for the fourth person upon request) and are located in the annex building on the pool side (YF2).

Double room Type A: With the same features and size as the double rooms, available in limited numbers at more favorable conditions with an occupancy of 2+2 (DA).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/cake in the afternoon, ice cream during the day at various times, and midnight snacks (until 1 AM). Various local and some selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the bars when open from 10 AM to midnight and in the disco from 11:30 PM to 1 AM. The minibar is refilled daily with water, mineral water, and soft drinks.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Further imported drinks and champagne.

Sports included: Tennis court, table tennis (each with a deposit), billiards, darts, fitness room, step, aerobics, and beach volleyball.

Sports for a fee: Floodlights for tennis courts.

Entertainment: Soft animation during the day and occasional evening shows.

Wellness: Turkish bath and sauna are included. Massages and further treatments are for a fee.

Children's program: Miniclub for children aged 4 to 9 years six times a week and playground.

Hotel services: Telephone and fax charges as well as laundry and ironing services are for a fee.
