Location: The Castival Hotel is located approx. 8 km from Side (Antalya approx. 65 km). The nearest beach, a private sandy beach, is approx. 630 m away (complimentary beach shuttle). The tourist center is approx. 7 km away. A wide variety of shops can be reached in the immediate vicinity. The airport (AYT) is approx. 60 km away.

The hotel offers 382 rooms spread over nine floors. Amenities for a carefree holiday include an elegantly designed lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace, several bars, a French-style patisserie, and an à la carte restaurant (adults only, upon reservation and subject to availability for a service fee; the à la carte restaurant is not available in winter). Furthermore, the hotel offers various shops, conference rooms, a hairdresser (each for a fee), an indoor pool (seasonal), and an attractive wellness area (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The outdoor area features the main stage for evening entertainment, a freshwater swimming pool with water slides, a separate children's pool also with a water slide (hourly), sun terraces, and a pool bar. Sun loungers with integrated cushions and parasols are included at the pool bar and at the beach (with beach/snack bar).

Double Room: Decorated in attractive colors, the rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (hourly, weather-dependent), rental safe, LCD satellite TV, minibar, coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and balcony (D), with an additional pull-out sofa bed (DA/DA2). Side sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. DR=SR for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, pastries and cakes in the patisserie, various snacks throughout the day. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available in summer from 10:00 AM to midnight and in winter from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Lobby Bar. The minibar is filled daily with water and soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive: Imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, ice cream, energy drinks, and the à la carte restaurant.
