Location: The hotel is located in the center of the Side Titreyengöl holiday area. The gravel/sand beach, approx. 250 m away, can be reached via a pedestrian promenade along a small lake. The historic center of Side is approx. 3 km away and is easily accessible by taxi or local minibus.

Facilities: The newly renovated holiday hotel features a total of 347 rooms spread over six floors (four panoramic lifts available). Hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with reception, lobby bar, and comfortable seating areas; Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex. There is a main restaurant with a terrace area, various à-la-carte restaurants (by reservation, for a fee), several bars, a patisserie, a discotheque, a conference room, a modern indoor pool (open during the winter season), and a well-equipped spa center. Various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). In the beautifully maintained outdoor area, guests will find an amphitheater for evening events, a freshwater swimming pool landscape with water slides (by the hour), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, a lawn area, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are available to our guests free of charge here and at the beach, which also features a Beach Snack Restaurant and a beach bar.

Accommodation:

Double Room: The tastefully furnished rooms are approx. 22 m² and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, kettle and coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Sea view (DM) can be booked for an additional charge. Double room = single room for sole use (DE/DEM).

Comfort Double Room: With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious (approx. 28 m²) and feature a double bed and a sofa with garden and lake views (2CD).

Junior Family Room: With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious (approx. 37 m²) and feature one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds (2FA).

Family Room Terrace: With the same amenities and room layout as the junior family rooms, these are significantly larger (approx. 45 m²) and additionally feature a large terrace (FT2).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, late-riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet; snacks during the day, waffles, coffee/tea in the afternoon, and pastries in the patisserie during the day, as well as a midnight snack (snack/soup). Children's buffet at lunch and dinner. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: All imported drinks, à-la-carte restaurants, freshly squeezed fruit juices, bottled drinks.

Sports included: Tennis hard court during the day, rental of tennis rackets and balls, table tennis, darts, water gymnastics, yoga, and fitness room.

Entertainment: Daytime animation and evening entertainment program with shows; regular live music.

Wellness: Sauna and Turkish bath are included. Massages, treatments in the Turkish bath, and beauty treatments are for a fee.

Children's program: Multilingual mini club for children aged 4-6 with hourly supervision and daily animation, playground, mini disco, sports activities for children aged 7-10, and Maxi Club in high season (11-17 years).

Hotel service: Doctor visits, laundry and cleaning services, room service, as well as telephone and fax charges are subject to a fee.
