Location: The well-known, family-friendly, and modern club resort is located in the Side-Titreyengöl holiday area, directly on the lake of the same name, and is managed according to ecological criteria. The extensive sandy/pebble beach has been awarded the blue flag and is located approx. 450 m from the hotel, with a free shuttle service available (April 1st - October 31st every 20 minutes). The historic centre of Side is approx. 7 km away and easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

Facilities: The holiday resort for carefree holidays consists of a main building, two annex buildings (each with elevators) and several villas with a total of 432 units. It offers a modern reception hall with a seating area and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (from April 1st - September 30th, all restaurants have a children's menu, open six times a week in rotation; Turkish cuisine is included once per stay with reservation, other à la carte restaurants are subject to a service charge), various bars (including an Adults-Only bar). There is also a game hall and several shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee) as well as an attractive wellness area (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and in the rooms and on the beach. The generously landscaped garden area features the amphitheater for evening entertainment from May 1st to October 31st, the “Kids World” with great activities for our little ones, and of course the freshwater pool complex with water slides (for children aged 4 and over, operating in shifts; children under 7 only accompanied by a parent), sun terrace, lawns, and pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach (weather permitting). Beach pavilions are available for a fee. Indoor pool (open during the winter season) with integrated children's pool, heated in early/late season.

Accommodation:

Double Room: The tastefully furnished rooms are located in the main building or the annex building and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central), minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Single room = double room for single use (DE). Occupancy 2 adults + 2 children available under Double Room Type A (DA). With river view available for an extra charge (SBD). Double room = single room for single use (ESD).

Super Saver Room: Are identical to the double rooms, located in a less preferred position (SSZ).

Large Double Room: With otherwise identical features to the double rooms, they are slightly larger and have sleeping facilities for the third and fourth person (sofa bed or extra bed) (D2X).

Villa 1 Bedroom: Located in the villa area (with tiled floors) and, with otherwise identical equipment, consists of a bedroom and a separate living/sleeping room (with two sofa beds) with connecting door and terrace or balcony (V12).

Villa 2 Bedrooms: With otherwise identical features to the Villa 1 Bedroom, they have an additional small separate living/sleeping room (with one sofa bed) (V22).

Family Room: The rooms, approx. 45-60 m² in size, have two bedrooms with a connecting door, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, coffee/tea making facilities, air conditioning (centrally controlled), balcony or terrace (DF2).

Suite: The rooms, approx. 50-95m² in size, have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, coffee/tea making facilities, air conditioning (centrally controlled), balcony or terrace (S2).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, ice cream at certain times (from April 1st), various coffee types in the coffee area with sweets and cakes from 10 am to midnight, soup, snacks, and a limited hot buffet from 11 pm to 1 am, and a light breakfast buffet from 1 am to 7 am. Additionally, snacks, soft drinks, and beer are available at the beach during the day. Ice cream at the pool and beach at specific times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars and in the Lake Lounge (until 1 am). The minibar is refilled daily with beer, water, soft drinks, milk, and cocoa. In the suites, additionally with 2 beers and 2 crispy sweets. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Further imported drinks, visits to à la carte restaurants, and all canned and bottled drinks.

Sports included: Two hard tennis courts during the day with own equipment; table tennis, darts, basketball, beach volleyball, aerobics, water aerobics, mini golf, and fitness room.

Sports for a fee: Tennis lessons, floodlights for tennis, rental of tennis rackets and balls, and bicycle rental.

Entertainment: Daytime entertainment program and evening entertainment program, occasionally with shows in the amphitheater (May 1st - October 31st) or occasional live music and disco music in the Lake Lounge (from April 1st to October 15th).

Wellness: Sauna, steam bath, and Turkish bath are included.

Children's program: Multilingual miniclub from 9 am to 5 pm, \"Kids World\" covering 3,350 m² with hourly animation program (April-October) and great events, kids' carnival once a week (May-October), covered freshwater children's pool, covered playground (lit in the evening), and a 24-hour baby corner with microwave and bottle warmer, kids' snack restaurant, separate area for children in the main restaurant, air-conditioned play and sleep room, extra baby play room, baby sleep room, kids' disco, hobby garden, cinema, puppet theater, and trampoline for children aged 4 to 12 years. Children aged 0 to 4 years only with parental supervision. Some facilities are available until 10:30 pm.

Hotel service: Laundry service, telephone and fax, mini amusement park, 24-hour room service, game hall, bicycle rental, babysitting on request, baby buggy rental, baby monitor, and beach pavilions as well as massages and all treatments in the beauty center are subject to a fee.
