Location: The well-known holiday hotel is located in the Titreyengöl area, approximately 600 m from the spacious sand/shingle beach. It is about 5 km to the center of Side. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities: Summer:

The chic holiday destination features a total of 239 rooms spread over five floors (two lifts available). Various amenities include the attractive lobby with reception, inviting seating areas, LCD satellite TV corner and lobby bar, Wi-Fi (free in the lobby, in the rooms and public areas for a fee), the buffet restaurant, à-la-carte restaurant (included once per stay with prior reservation for stays of 7 nights from May 1 to Oct 31) and a small indoor pool (open during the winter season). A game center as well as an internet café, conference room, various shops, and a hairdresser are each available for a fee. The garden area features a freshwater swimming pool with pool/snack bar, sun terrace, separate children's pool, and two water slides (hourly/weather permitting in the summer season). At the hotel's private beach section (starting May 1 and in the summer season), a beach/snack bar is available for our guests. Sunbeds, pads, and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit. All outdoor facilities will only be available from May 1.

- Indoor pool open from Nov 1 to Apr 30.

- Water slides are closed.

Accommodation:

Double Room: The spacious rooms are elegantly furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (operates hourly), mini-fridge, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). In winter 26/27, rooms on the upper floors can be booked for an additional charge (E2O). Double room for single use (DE/E1O). During the low season, they can be booked for single use at better conditions and in limited numbers (DEA/DEB/DEC).

Also bookable under AYTC25 as "Double Room Type A" (DA) with similar furnishing elements, but slightly larger.

Super Saver Room: Identical to the double rooms (SSZ/SSX). Double room for single use (SSE/ESX).

Large Double Room: These are slightly larger than the double rooms while otherwise having the same features, and include a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa (convertible) (D2X).

Family Room: With features similar to the double rooms, they consist of two rooms separated by a door, one bathroom, one air conditioning unit, and one TV (DF2).

Wellness Double Room: These are double rooms with shower/WC. Additional services for guests 16 years and older include: bathrobe, Wi-Fi, wine and fruit basket upon arrival, laundry service up to 5 kg once per week, and free use of the safe (DWE). Double room for single use (DW1).

Family Room Type A: Garden family rooms are 35 m² in size and feature two bedrooms with a connecting door. The private children's pool on the terrace is 45 cm deep. The purpose of these rooms is to allow children to enjoy the pool under the supervision of their parents, while the parents enjoy the sun and the silence, keeping an eye on their children in peace (2FA).

Comfort Room (Winter): The room has 2 bedrooms and is furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (operates hourly), mini-fridge, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, laminate flooring, and balcony. For stays of 14 nights or more, a 15-minute back massage, fruit basket, and wine are provided in the room, and a weekly 5 kg laundry service is available free of charge (2CD).

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the currently open bars from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. until Apr 30, and from 10 a.m. to midnight starting May 1. The mini-fridge is restocked daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive: Various imported drinks, drinks in the minibar other than still water, fresh fruit juices.

Sports included: One hard tennis court (rackets and balls for a deposit), table tennis, and a small fitness room.

Sports for a fee: Tennis with floodlights in the evening and billiards.

Entertainment: Daytime game and sports animation as well as colorful evening entertainment program.

Wellness: Sauna and Turkish bath are included. Massages are available for a fee.

Children's program: Miniclub (starting May 1, summer season only) for children aged 4-12 years with hourly supervision and daily animation, and playground. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.

Hotel Services: For a fee: computer games, telephone and fax charges, laundry service, and hookah.
