5-star hotel in Side-Gündoğdu, approx. 750 m from the beach.

Location: The holiday hotel is located in the Gündoğdu area, approximately 750 m from the expansive sand/pebble beach. It is about 11 km to the centre of Side. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities: This chic holiday residence features a total of 273 rooms distributed across three five-story blocks (three lifts available). Various amenities include an appealing lobby with a reception, inviting seating areas, an LCD satellite TV corner, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. Facilities also include a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay with prior reservation), a spa center, a conference room, various shops, and a hairdresser (all for a fee). The garden area features two freshwater swimming pools—one with three water slides (available hourly/weather-dependent)—and a children's pool. There is a pool bar. A beach/snack bar is available for our guests at the hotel’s private beach section. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are included at both the pool and the beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit.

Accommodation:

Double room: The spacious rooms (approx. 20-25 m²) are elegantly furnished and include a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, coffee/tea setup with kettle, satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room = Single room for sole use (DE).

Large double room: With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly larger (approx. 25-28 m²) and are equipped with one double bed and two single beds (D2X).

Family room: With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms separated by a door (total approx. 30-35 m²) and one bathroom (DF2).

Swim-up room: The approx. 22-24 m² rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms and feature direct access to a shared pool (SWD). Double room = Single room for sole use (SWE). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children. For this reason, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types for safety reasons.

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, snacks throughout the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as a midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the currently open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with water and soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Imported drinks, fresh fruit juices.

Sports for a fee: Table tennis and fitness room.

Entertainment: Daytime games and sports animation as well as an evening variety entertainment program.

Wellness: Sauna and Turkish bath are included. Massages are available for a fee.

Children's program: Mini club (open six days a week) for children aged 4-12 with hourly supervision, daily animation, and a playground. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.
