Location: This friendly holiday home is located in the Side-Kumköy district, approx. 700 m from the long sandy beach, separated by the Kumköy road. A complimentary shuttle takes you several times a day to the hotel's own beach section, located approx. 1.3 km away. Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, can be reached in approx. 2 km; public minibus connections and taxis are available.

Facilities: Popular among German holidaymakers, this holiday hotel offers a total of 172 rooms spread across a four-story main building. An appealing lobby with reception, inviting seating areas, lobby bar, and satellite TV are at your disposal, as are elevators, a buffet restaurant with terrace and service bar, and an à-la-carte restaurant (included once per stay of at least 7 nights, subject to reservation and availability). Several shops, a hairdresser, and a small wellness area are available for an extra charge. Wi-Fi (up to 1 Mbps) is included in the complex and the rooms. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there are two freshwater swimming pools, one with a water slide (hourly), and a separate children's pool. Sun terraces and the pool bar round off the offer. Sun loungers, cushions, beach towels, and parasols are provided free of charge at the pool and the hotel's private beach section. There is a beach restaurant on the beach (open 1.5.26-31.10.26).

Accommodation:

Double Room: The brightly decorated rooms are located in the main building and feature a bathroom/WC with integrated shower, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD TV with music channel, minibar, electric kettle and coffee/tea setup, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). DR=SR for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room: Identical in facilities to the double rooms, but located in a less preferred position (SSR).

Family Room: These rooms are located in the main building with shower/WC with integrated shower and offer two bedrooms with a connecting door and laminate flooring, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms (FR2).

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet; afternoon coffee/tea, various snacks and pastries, as well as midnight soup. Turkish mocha, specific cocktails, and ice cream (8:30 pm - 9 pm from May 1st to Oct 31st). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the bars open from 10 am to midnight. Your minibar is refilled daily with a bottle of water. Beach Restaurant: Snacks and only non-alcoholic drinks included; snacks 12:30 pm - 2 pm, drinks: 10 am - 4 pm.

Not included in All Inclusive: Freshly squeezed fruit juices, all food and drinks at the beach bar.

Sports included: Table tennis, darts, volleyball (hotel sand court), fitness room, aerobics, boccia, water gymnastics, and water polo.

Sports for a fee: Billiards and bicycle rental.

Entertainment: Daytime animation and occasional evening programs (except Sundays).

Wellness: Turkish bath is included. Sauna as well as massages and other treatments are each for a fee.

Children's program: Miniclub for children aged 4 to 12 years during the day (hourly) and a playground. Baby cots (on request).
