Location: This holiday hotel is situated on a slight slope, separated from the long, gently shelving sandy beach only by the promenade, amidst a lush garden with many green areas and shady trees. The center of Side with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues is approx. 3 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

This family-friendly holiday hotel (several buildings with three to four floors, elevators available) has a total of 376 rooms and offers its guests an elegant lobby with reception, lobby bar and comfortable seating areas, various bars, a patisserie, shops (for a fee), and a buffet restaurant with a large terrace as well as various à-la-carte restaurants. In addition, the hotel features free Wi-Fi in the hotel area and in the rooms, and a modern wellness and spa center (for a fee) with an indoor pool. In the lovingly maintained, spacious garden area, there are several freshwater swimming pools with water slides, a sun terrace with extensive sunbathing lawns, a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool, and a pool bar. Here, as well as at the hotel's own beach area with beach bar and lounge, you are provided with sun loungers, cushions, sun umbrellas, and beach towels free of charge.

Winter:

- Relax pool and children's pool are heated depending on weather conditions from 1/11-30/4; the swim-up pool is heated depending on weather conditions from 1/11-30/4.

- Indoor pool is only open and heated in winter from 1/11 to 30/4.

- Please note that only two à-la-carte restaurants are available in winter.

- No ice cream service during the winter season.

- Children's buffet not available if there are few children.

- Beach volleyball not available.

- Outdoor facilities can only be used to a limited extent.

From 1/11-31/3, the Barut Hotels offer the "Club Vitality". This includes special services such as:

- Pillow menu

- Tea and coffee selection in the rooms

- Diet and vegetarian options in the restaurants with open buffet

- Music at the Meltem Pool or the Hemera Bar

- Yoga, stretching, and water aerobics

- Lunch snack at the beach bar (depending on weather conditions)

Accommodation:

Deluxe Room: Located in the deluxe building, these rooms are more spacious than the standard double rooms with similar features. They include two single beds and a sofa (fold-out double sofa bed) or one double and one single bed, as well as a Nespresso machine (four capsules per day included) (DD2) and garden view. Side sea view (DDS), access to the communal pool from swim-up rooms (bookable for children from 6 years and older under DPA), or rooms with a whirlpool on the balcony (DDJ) are available for an extra charge. Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.

Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Family Room: Located in the main or annex building, with otherwise similar features to the double rooms, these additionally include a second bedroom with two single beds (no window), separated by a door (DF2).

Superior Double Room: These comfortably and tastefully furnished rooms consist of one room and feature a French bed and a single bed for adults or a sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe/slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled and operating hourly), safe, Wi-Fi, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, laminate flooring, and balcony (DSU). Side sea view (D2S/DDS) or a whirlpool on the balcony (then facing the garden side) are bookable for an extra charge under Double Room Type A (J2N). Double room for single use (DSE, 1SD, J1N).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, the Burgerhouse (open only in summer), afternoon coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream scoop hour (only in summer) in the patisserie, as well as a night menu. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the currently open bar. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks and beer.

Terms regarding dining in à-la-carte restaurants:

*For stays between 3 and 7 days, one of the available restaurants can be booked once per week.

*For stays exceeding 7 nights, an additional entitlement is granted, and the number of reservations depends on the duration of the stay.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Other imported drinks, bottled drinks, partially the specialty restaurants, and special wines.

Sports included: One tennis hard court during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, archery (weather permitting), darts, aerobics, beach volleyball (in summer), mini golf, mini football pitch, fitness room, and open-air fitness.

Entertainment: Sports animation program during the day and various shows in the evening, as well as occasional live music.

Wellness: Indoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and steam bath are included. Massages as well as all facilities and treatments in the well-equipped wellness and spa center are for a fee.

Children's program: Miniclub for children from 4 to 12 years with hourly supervision, mini disco, children's buffet depending on the number of children in the hotel, and a playground. Furthermore, there is the Bary-Star concept for toddlers.
