Location: The holiday residence is separated from the fine sandy beach only by the popular beach promenade. It is approx. 3.5 km to Side, a short walk along the expansive sandy beach. On the beach, you can enjoy the sea from the bathing pier. As there are rocks in some parts of the sea, water shoes are recommended. Public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

Accommodation: This chic, comfortable hotel features a six-storey main building (with lift) and several three- to four-storey annex buildings (without lift), situated amidst a well-kept garden with a total of 328 rooms. Among the many amenities are an elegant lobby, a main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (unlimited with prior reservation), various bars, and several shops (for a fee), as well as a modern wellness area with an indoor pool and a separate children's pool (an outdoor pool for adults is heated in April and from 15.10. to 15.11.). Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Located in the extensive, very well-kept garden with Mediterranean flowers and trees is the large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, several water slides (hourly), a sun terrace, and a pool bar, as well as the Bonsai Restaurant. On the beach, there is also a hotel-owned bathing pier and a Pier Bar. There and at the pool, sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are available free of charge. Apartments (Grand Residence): Consist of a living room and two separate bedrooms, each with a connecting door, second TV, and balcony in the annex building, with otherwise the same amenities (A22).

Deluxe Family Suite: Equipped with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, they feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door, a second TV, and are located in the main or annex building (LY2).

Penthouse Suite Sea View: Also located in the main building on the top floor with similar amenities to the superior rooms, featuring a seating area and a larger balcony with sun loungers and sea view. When booking the Suite Sea View, you can look forward to special service: private check-in/check-out, daily replenishment of the minibar with treats, small alcoholic drinks, and some soft drinks, as well as a turn-down service. On the day of arrival, your evening wear will be ironed upon request (S2M).

Premium Suite: Also located in the main building on the sea side with similar amenities to the superior rooms, featuring a dressing room with wardrobe and a larger balcony with sun loungers. When booking this room, you can look forward to special service: private check-in/check-out, daily replenishment of the minibar with treats, small alcoholic drinks as well as soft drinks, and turn-down service. Family Suite Type A: Also located in the main building on the sea side with similar amenities to the superior rooms, featuring a separate bedroom with a connecting door, a second TV, and a corner balcony. Ultra All Inclusive (Summer): Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late breakfast from the buffet, vegan and gluten-free corners in the main restaurant, à la carte breakfast, daytime snacks and ice cream, burgers at the Burger Inn Restaurant, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as midnight snacks and soup. You have food options available all day (until 11 pm) at Arum Barut Collection. An extensive beverage concept of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks and sandwiches are included at the bars that are open at certain times and at the lobby bar 24 hours a day. The minibar is stocked daily with water, soft drinks, and beer.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Further imported drinks, energy drinks, and all bottled drinks.

Sports included: One hard tennis court during the day with your own equipment, tennis in the evening with floodlights, rental of tennis rackets and balls, table tennis, mini-golf, aqua bike, as well as further water sports during the high season and a fitness room with new equipment (from 16 years of age).

Entertainment: During the day, sporting games and activities; in the evening, entertainment shows or live music and a discotheque.
