Location: The hotel is located in the heart of Kumköy, approx. 3 km from the ancient old town of Side and about 64 km from Antalya, as well as 200 m from the beach. With its +16 concept, it is an ideal resort for adults.

Facilities: The attractively designed holiday resort has 322 rooms. Various amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception area, where you will be welcomed with a cocktail upon arrival, and comfortable seating areas as well as a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, at the pool, and in the rooms. There is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once per week, subject to prior reservation and availability), further bars, and a well-equipped wellness area. In the beautifully landscaped gardens, you will find the spacious pool area with a freshwater swimming pool as well as the pool and snack bar. Sun loungers, pool towels, and sunshades are included here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar. All outdoor facilities are open from April 1st to October 31st, weather permitting.

Double room: The comfortably equipped rooms are located in the main or annex building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Comfort room: These are double rooms with side sea view, located in the main or annex building on a higher floor with late check-out (max. 3:00 PM, DK2/from Su26: DKO). DR=SR for single use (DK1).

Super saver room: These are identical to the double rooms but in a less preferred location, situated in the main or annex building facing the street (SSZ).

Double room Swim Up: The comfortably equipped rooms are located in the annex building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, tiled floor, and a terrace with two sun loungers and a sunshade with direct pool access (PZ2). DR=SR for single use (PZ1).

Suite: The comfortably equipped rooms feature a bedroom and a living area, visually separated, shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony with two sun loungers and a sunshade (S2).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Rich breakfast, varied lunch and dinner buffets. Late riser breakfast, daytime snacks as well as coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour at specific times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the bars open at the time around the clock. The minibar is replenished daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Freshly squeezed fruit juices.
