Location: This modern hotel complex is situated in a beautifully landscaped garden covering approx. 50,000 m², directly on the hotel's own pebble/sand beach. The hotel shuttle service to Manavgat/Side and Alanya is included. Both towns are located approx. 35 km from the hotel. The hotel can also be booked with arrival at Gazipasa Airport (GZP), the distance is 79 km.

Facilities: Particularly popular with regular German guests, this resort hotel has 498 rooms distributed between a five-story main building and a seven-story annex. Multiple panoramic elevators are available. It offers guests an elegant lobby with a reception, lounge areas, and a lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various specialty restaurants, several bars, a hair salon, various shops, and a game hall (all for a fee) with several attractions, as well as an appealing wellness center with an indoor pool and a separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area and in the rooms. In the spacious, very well-maintained garden area, in addition to an amphitheater for evening events and a small amusement park, there is a large freshwater pool landscape with three swimming pools (including a relax pool, access from age 15), three children's pools, an aquapark with five water slides for children, and an aquapark with six water slides for adults, as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the beach with a beach bar, subject to weather conditions.

Accommodation:

Double room: The comfortable and spacious rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hourly, centrally controlled), satellite TV, minibar, direct-dial telephone, safe, and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view (DM) or side sea view (DMS) can be booked for an extra charge. DZ = Double room as single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family room: They offer the same features as the double rooms, are located in the annex, have a second bedroom with a connecting door, and a side sea view (FS2).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as an ice cream hour and a midnight snack. Optionally, you have the opportunity to dine in each of the seven à la carte restaurants once per stay upon reservation/availability. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (including freshly squeezed orange juice) as well as some imported drinks are available around the clock at the respective open bars. Daily minibar refill with beer, soft drinks, water, plus additional mineral water and crackers. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Additional imported drinks, special wines, and bottled drinks.

Sports included: Tennis during the day and in the evening including floodlights (with reservation), equipment (against deposit), table tennis, fitness room, beach volleyball, boccia, darts, aerobics.

Sports for a fee: Billiards and bowling.

Entertainment: Daytime entertainment with games and sports competitions, evening show programs, piano bar with dance floor, and a nightclub.

Wellness: Sauna and Turkish bath are included; massages, further treatments, and the whirlpool are for a fee.

Children's program: Mini club (hourly) for children from 4 to 12 years old, playground. Strollers are available for a deposit, subject to availability. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.
