Location: The popular hotel complex is located directly on the extensive sandy beach mixed with gravel. The town of Okurcalar is approx. 2 km away. Side and Alanya are each about 30 km from the hotel. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

Facilities: The attractive and generously designed upscale holiday club complex has a total of 491 rooms spread across several two- to three-story residential buildings. Other facilities include a central reception building with a reception area and seating groups. Various bars, a satellite TV corner, various lounges, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, and a wellness area with an indoor pool (seasonal) are located in different buildings of the hotel complex. Also, some shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the large garden area extending to the sea with Mediterranean plants and flowers, there are two freshwater swimming pools, three water slides (for a limited time), one of the pools with a whirlpool, a sun terrace, a pool/snack bar with a covered seating terrace (which can also be used from the beach), and the amphitheater for evening entertainment. Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas, sunbathing areas, and beach towels (changed once daily free of charge) are included by the pool and on the beach.

Accommodation:

Double room: The stylishly decorated rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe, minibar, kettle with tea/coffee setup, tiled or laminate flooring, and a balcony. Equipped with a double bed, single bed, and a small sofa bed (65x190 cm) (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room: These are identical to the double rooms but are located in a less favorable position and floor, with a view of the street. (SSZ)

Family Room: These offer two double rooms with a connecting door (DF2).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Rich breakfast buffet, late riser breakfast, varied lunch and dinner buffets. Turkish and international snacks available during the day, coffee, tea, and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks (available only at the Serif Bar) are included 24 hours a day. The minibar is stocked with water and soft drinks on arrival and refilled daily with water. One dinner at one of the à la carte restaurants (Turkish or Fish) is included.

Sports included: Small fitness area. Regular sports program with mini football, beach volleyball, streetball, and water polo, fitness programs, e.g., with aerobics, two hard tennis courts during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, and mini-golf.

Entertainment: Daytime entertainment with games, sports, and competitions, a disco, and evening shows in the amphitheater.

Wellness: Sauna and Turkish bath are included. Massages and other treatments and facilities in the wellness area are available for a fee.

Children's program: Hourly multilingual kids' club for children aged 4 to 12, children's buffet in the restaurant and high chairs, a versatile playground, and a separate children's pool.
