Location: Located in the heart of a beautiful tropical garden, directly on a long sand/shingle beach; a bathing jetty facilitates entry into the sea. The hotel is situated between Alanya (35 km) and Manavgat (25 km) / Side (35 km). A complimentary shuttle service is available to both locations, each approximately 35 km away.

Facilities: This popular holiday hotel, with many regular guests, is located in the midst of a park-like garden landscape with palm trees and tropical plants. The total of 448 rooms are spread across five multi-story residential buildings. Hotel facilities include a spacious lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar, Wi-Fi included, various shops and an internet café (each for a fee), a disco, a buffet restaurant with terrace area, various à-la-carte restaurants, and additional bars. In the spacious garden area, there are three freshwater swimming pools (one pool at the sister hotel, Botanik Platinum, is heated in winter depending on weather conditions for the shared use of both hotel guests) with a separate children's pool, sun terraces, and a lawn, as well as a pool/snack bar, eight water slides, and a small Luna Park. Here and at the beach, sun loungers, cushions, sun umbrellas, and pool towels are included, weather permitting.

Many outdoor facilities are used in conjunction with guests from the sister hotel, Botanik Platinum.

Accommodation:

Double Room: The rooms are comfortably furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centralized and operational at certain hours), LCD satellite TV, minibar, safe, and balcony (D). DZ = DR for single use (DE).

Family Room: These feature the same amenities as the double rooms, with an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late riser's breakfast, brunch on Sundays, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, energy drinks. A variety of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. You have the opportunity to dine in all à-la-carte restaurants once per stay with prior reservation and subject to availability (appropriate attire required). The minibar is stocked upon arrival with water, soft drinks, and beer, and is replenished daily as needed. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive: Imported drinks, drinks in bottles.

Sports included: Tennis court with reservation, also available with floodlights during the day and evening, tennis equipment (against deposit), table tennis, fitness room, beach volleyball, bocce, darts, and aerobics.

Sports for a fee: Billiards.

Entertainment: Games and sports competitions during the day; evening show programs.

Wellness: Sauna and Turkish bath are included.

Children's program: Multilingual mini club (at certain hours) for children aged 4 to 12, playground, stroller rental against a deposit and subject to availability.
