Location: The hotel is located directly on the hotel's own pebble/sand beach in Konakli. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The city center of Alanya is approx. 13 km away, Gazipasa Airport approx. 60 km. Public transport is available.

Facilities: Built on a total area of 50,000 m², the hotel has 275 rooms distributed across a five-story main building, two two-story annex buildings, and a four-story building. Facilities include a lobby with reception, seating areas, and a lobby bar; Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. A buffet restaurant with terrace, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee), several bars, a disco (drinks for a fee), various shops, a hairdresser, a conference room, and a wellness center (each for a fee). In the extensive garden area, there is an amphitheater, a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and pool/snack bar, a relax pool, and an aquapark with three water slides for adults, two for children, and a separate children's pool also featuring a water slide. The water slides operate at scheduled hours. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are included at the pools and on the beach with its beach/snack bar. Pool towels are available for a fee.

Accommodation:

Double room: The comfortable rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, rental safe, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi (free of charge), minibar, LCD satellite TV, tiled floor, and balcony (D). Also bookable as Double room type O (DZO) at special rates. Optionally bookable with side sea view (DMS). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES).

Family room: Have similar furnishings to the double rooms, are more spacious, and have a bunk bed (DF2).

Family room side sea view (AYTB57): Have the same furnishings as the double rooms, are slightly more spacious, and are located in the main or annex building.

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet-style. Afternoon snacks, coffee/tea, and pastries. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 a.m. to midnight at the respective bars that are open. The minibar is stocked once upon arrival with water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive: Imported drinks and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Sports included: Fitness room, basketball, boccia, darts, beach volleyball, and water polo.

Sports for a fee: Billiards.

Entertainment: Sports and games during the day, evening shows, and disco.

Wellness: Turkish bath is included. Sauna, massages, and further treatments are for a fee.

Children's program: Multilingual mini-club for children between 4–12 years, playground, separate children's pool, children's pool with water slides (hourly).
