Location: The holiday hotel is located in the Alanya-Konakli resort area, just approx. 150 m from the sand/pebble beach. Alanya, with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, is reachable after approx. 12 km, and Konakli resort after approx. 800 m. Public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

Facilities: The holiday resort offers a total of 176 rooms in a main building with six floors. Amenities include the modern reception hall with seating areas and lobby bar, elevators, the buffet restaurant with terrace, two à la carte restaurants (for a fee with reservation), further bars, and a satellite TV room. Additionally, there is a "Gameworld" with various activities and an internet terminal, several shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), as well as the indoor pool and a well-equipped spa area. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area; high-speed internet is available throughout the hotel for a fee. The well-maintained outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with two water slides (open at certain hours), a sun terrace, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers and beach towels are available free of charge here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar. Cushions are free by the pool and for a fee at the beach.

Accommodation:

Double Room Type A: The attractively furnished rooms consist of one space and feature a double and a single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, rental safe, LED satellite TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning (individually adjustable), laminate flooring, and a balcony (DA/So'26 D). Rooms with a side sea view or a terrace with sun loungers (DMS/DT2) can be booked for an additional charge. Double room for single use (DEA,DES,DT1/from So'26 DIE/DT1/DES). Also bookable as Type B with a capacity of 2+2 (DB/from So'26 DA). From Summer '26, rooms on the upper floor with a side sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DOS).

Super Saver Room: Identical to the double rooms, in a less favorable location (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).

Large Double Room: With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms are more spacious and feature a bunk bed (D2X).

Family Room: Consist of two rooms with a connecting door and one bathroom (DF2).

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served as a buffet, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and cake in the patisserie in the afternoon (open at certain times), and midnight soup. Meal service for late arrivals or late check-in. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 am to midnight at the bars that are open at the time. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive: Imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, drinks after midnight and in the disco, visits to the à la carte restaurant.

Sports included: Tennis during the day with your own equipment, basketball, step aerobics, gymnastics, water aerobics, water polo, darts, boccia, and beach volleyball.

Sports for a fee: Tennis and basketball with floodlights.

Entertainment: Varied animation program with sports and games during the day, and different entertainment programs in the evenings.

Wellness: Sauna, steam bath, and Turkish bath are included. Massages and other treatments in the spa area are available for a fee.

Children's program: Hourly multilingual mini club for children aged 4 to 12 years and a playground.

Hotel service: Telephone and fax charges, high-speed internet, laundry service are available for a fee.
