Location: The beach hotel is located directly on the private sandy/pebble beach (with Blue Flag) of the resort of Konakli. The town of Alanya, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 12 km away. Gazipasa Airport is approx. 57 km away, and Antalya is approx. 110 km away.

Facilities: The hotel has 668 rooms spread across two seven-story main buildings and several three-story bungalow buildings. The interior includes a lobby, reception, lobby bar, TV corner, lounge, conference rooms, seven elevators, and six bars. Wi-Fi is included in public areas. The hotel also offers a hairdresser and shops (each for a fee). Facilities also include a buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (open six days a week from May 1st to Sept 30th; once included for stays of seven nights or more, reservation required), and an indoor pool. The pool area includes several seasonally open pools as well as a separate children's pool. Additionally, the hotel's own garden invites you to relax. Sun loungers, parasols, pads, and towels are available free of charge at the beach and pool. There is another water slide at the beach by the jetty.

Accommodation:

Double Room: The double rooms are located in the main building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, rental safe, tea/coffee setup, air conditioning (centralized from June 1st to Oct 1st), minibar, and a balcony or terrace (D). Double room for single use (DE). For Summer '25, side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMS/DES). For Summer '25, also bookable as pool view (PD).

Bungalow Superior Type B (Villa Standard): With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are somewhat more spacious, modernly furnished, and located in the annex with ceramic flooring, shower/WC, and land view (B2B/for Summer '25 V2); side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (2BU/for Summer '25 2DV). For Summer '25, also bookable as double room for single use (V1/1DV).

Double Room Deluxe (Summer 2026): With similar equipment to the double rooms, these are located in the annex buildings and offer side sea view (DMS). Double room for single use (DES).

Family Room (Villa Family): Featuring the same amenities as the double rooms, these have a separate bedroom and individually adjustable air conditioning. The family rooms are located in the annex buildings (DF2).

Double Room Type A (Summer 2026): The rooms are located in the main building and feature shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, rental safe, tea/coffee setup, air conditioning (centralized from June 1st to Oct 1st), minibar, and balcony or terrace (garden, pool, or side sea view at the hotelier's discretion) (DA). Double room for single use (DEA).

Bungalow Type A (Summer 2025): Same location and amenities as the family rooms, but with a new design (B2A).

Villa Type A (Summer 2026): With similar equipment and location as the double rooms in the villa area, but larger (approx. 33m²) (VA).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, daytime snacks, afternoon coffee/tea and cake, as well as a late-night mini buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars; selected imported drinks are included from 10 am to 2 am. The minibar is filled with water, soda, and soft drinks upon arrival, and subsequently restocked with water. Wearing an all-inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive: Imported drinks and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Sports included: Tennis on a hard court with your own equipment or rental of rackets and balls for a deposit, fitness room, table tennis, darts, basketball, and beach volleyball.

Sports for a fee: Billiards and tennis with floodlights.

Entertainment: Daytime animation with sports and games, evening entertainment, and occasional live music. An open-air disco is available to you from May 15th to Oct 15th.

Wellness: Turkish bath, sauna, and steam bath are included. Massages and all facilities and treatments in the spa and wellness center are for a fee.

Children's program: Hourly mini club for children aged 4 to 10 and a playground.

Hotel service: Telephone and fax charges, laundry and medical services are for a fee.
