About Xoria Deluxe Hotel
Location: The deluxe hotel is located in the Payallar holiday region and is separated from the extensive sand/pebble beach only by the coastal road; an underpass is available. Alanya, with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, is approx. 15 km away; taxis and minibus services are available on the road.
Facilities: The holiday accommodation, built on an area of approx. 11,000 m², has a total of 332 rooms spread across a six-story building in two blocks. Facilities include a reception area with a reception desk and comfortable seating, a TV corner, elevators, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel area. There is a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (once included per stay of at least seven nights, subject to availability and reservation at least two days in advance), a patisserie during certain hours, conference rooms, shops, a hairdresser, and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open during the winter season). The outdoor area features a freshwater pool landscape with water slides (operates during certain hours), a children's pool, a relaxation pool, sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels (with beach towel card) are included at the beach with beach bar and snack facilities.

Double Room Land View Annex Building: The elegantly furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individual), minibar, safe, LCD satellite TV, direct dial telephone, sofa, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).
Double Room Land View Main Building: With similar amenities to the double rooms in the annex building, these are located in the main building (DA). Double room for single use (DEA).
Double Room Partial Sea View Annex Building: With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are located in the annex building and offer a partial sea view (DNH). Double room for single use (ENH).
Double Room Partial Sea View Main Building: Also with similar amenities to the double rooms, these are located in the main building and offer a partial sea view (DMS). Double room for single use (DES).

Family Room: With similar amenities to the double rooms, but with two visually separated areas, a shower/WC, LCD satellite TV, air conditioning in a maisonette style (connected over an open staircase on two floors), and with land or pool view (at the hotel's discretion).
Suite: The rooms in the main building have similar amenities to the double rooms, are much more spacious with a seating area, a large balcony, and sea view (S2M).
Deluxe Suite: Located in the main building, these consist of a bedroom and a living room; similar amenities to the double rooms with an additional whirlpool, sea view, and an LCD TV and air conditioning in each room (DS2).
All Inclusive:
Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser's breakfast until 10:30 AM, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and cake in the patisserie in the afternoon. Dinner at the à la carte restaurant, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks included from 10 AM to 2 AM, and soft drinks only from 2 AM to 10 AM. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival. After that, it is refilled daily with water as needed.
Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Freshly squeezed fruit juices, bottled beverages, and alcoholic drinks from 2 AM to 10 AM.
Entertainment: Daytime soft entertainment and evening entertainment in the amphitheater.
Sport inklusive: Fitness center, table tennis, beach volleyball, aerobics, gymnastics, and darts.
