Location: Your modern holiday resort is located in the Türkler holiday region and is separated from the expansive sand/pebble beach only by the coastal road; an underpass is available. Alanya with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues is approx. 15 km away; taxi and minibus connections are available on the road.

Facilities: The modern holiday retreat of the well-known Eftalia Group offers a total of 470 rooms spread across two five-story main buildings and four three-story annex buildings; lifts are only available in the main buildings. Many amenities include a stylish lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar, a main restaurant with a terrace area (weather permitting), an à la carte restaurant (rotating cuisine, once per stay by prior reservation), as well as the "Burger Land" open around the clock (except during main meal times), various bars, and a patisserie. The disco, a game hall, various shops, and the well-equipped spa center are each available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included. In the spacious, well-maintained outdoor area, you will find the amphitheater (at Eftalia Island) for evening performances, as well as a great pool landscape with a main pool, separate children's pools, a relaxation pool, and as a highlight, the aquapark with 11 different water slides and two baby slides, sun terraces, and two pool/snack bars. On the beach, you will find "Eftalia Island" with a large main pool and several pools with water slides for young and old. Pool bars, several beach/snack bars (soft drinks, beer, wine, coffee & tea at Eftalia Island), and a disco (drinks extra). There is a chill-out bar and live music on some days. Here and on the beach, sun loungers, cushions, sunshades, and the first beach towel per person are free of charge (exchanges available for a fee).

Accommodation:

Double room: The attractively furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, air conditioning (individually controlled), safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). DR = SR for single use (DE). These are located in the main or annex buildings and, at the hotelier's discretion, feature land view, partial sea view, or are located on the sea side.

Large double room: With similar features to the double rooms, these are more spacious and offer sleeping arrangements for three adults and one child. At the hotelier's discretion, these feature land view, partial sea view, or are located on the sea side (D2X).

Family room type A: With the same features as the double rooms, these offer an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door (2FA).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: You will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, ice cream hour, and coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is refilled once a week with 1 liter of water and soft drinks. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Imported drinks, fresh fruit juices, bottled drinks, drinks in the disco, Turkish coffee, cocktails, and spirits on the beach are available for a fee.

Sports included: Tennis during the day on a hard court, multi-purpose court, table tennis, beach volleyball, and fitness room.

Sports for a fee: Rental of tennis equipment and floodlights for the tennis and multi-purpose court.

Entertainment: Varied animation program during the day with sports and games; evening shows and entertainment programs in the amphitheater, occasional live music. The entire animation program takes place at the Eftalia Island beach.

Wellness: Sauna and Turkish bath are included for specific hours.

Children's program: Miniclub during the day for children aged 4 to 12 years at Eftalia Island and a playground.

Hotel service: Telephone and fax charges as well as massages and all other treatments in the Spa Center are for a fee.
