Location: The exclusive resort is idyllically situated in the Belek region and borders directly on a river. The hotel's own beach and golf course are approx. 1,000 m from the hotel; a shuttle boat and a shuttle train take you back and forth several times a day. The nearest town of Kadriye, approx. 3 km away, can be reached by taxi from the hotel or by public minibuses from the main road.

Facilities: The luxury hotel offers 594 rooms spread across the impressive main building with six floors and several villas set in a spacious garden. The elegant lobby with reception and lounge area welcomes guests. For dining, there is a fantastic main restaurant with a terrace and various themed areas, several à la carte restaurants (various cuisines, reservation and fee required) and the option for dinner on a boat (in summer, advance booking and fee required). In addition, there are several bars, a nightclub, snack stations, and a patisserie. The main building also houses an elegant shopping arcade, a game hall (free of charge), and conference rooms (fee applies to both). Wi-Fi is available free of charge in many public areas, around the pools, and in the rooms. The modern wellness center offers relaxation along with the indoor pool with a separate children's pool. Nestled within the well-maintained, extensive garden areas, you'll find the event place for evening entertainment, the seawater and Olympic freshwater pools, the main pool with a separate children's pool, and an activity pool for families and children. Guests in the villas also have their own private pool. A further highlight is the water park (from May 1st) with nine slides for adults and six slides for our younger guests. Sun terraces, sunbathing lawns, and pool and snack bars complete the outdoor facilities. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols/sunshades, and beach towels are included around the pools and at the beach with its snack bar.

Accommodation:

Double Room: The comfortable rooms in the main building are decorated in appealing colors and feature a rain shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe and slippers, direct dial telephone, double or twin beds, sofa bed, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (central/hourly), safe, kettle and coffee/tea setup, minibar, ceramic flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room (So‘25/Wi‘25/26): Also located in the main building, these rooms offer double or twin beds and a French balcony, with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).

Saver Room without Balcony (Summer 2026): Also located in the main building, these rooms offer double or twin beds and a French balcony, with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, but without a balcony (SOZ). Double room for single use (SOE).

Superior Room: These rooms are more spacious than the double rooms, with identical amenities and location, and feature a balcony (DSU). Double room for single use (DEU).

Family Suite: This spacious suite is located in the main building and offers two shower/WC facilities and a large bedroom as well as another bedroom with a king-size bed, with amenities similar to the double rooms (2FS).

Family Suite Type A: With identical amenities to the Family Suite, these suites are located in the garden area and feature 2 bathrooms/WCs (ASF).

Family Suite Type B: These are located in the villas with private pool access and are otherwise identical to the Family Suites Type A (B2F). Direct pool access (with a depth of 140 cm) from the terrace (bookable for children aged 6 and over) is available for an extra charge (2PF). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.

Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Exclusive Villa (Pool Villa 2 BR): On a 360 m² plot, these villas offer two bedrooms, a living room, a staff room, an open kitchen, a large terrace, and a private pool with its own sun terrace. The villas are equipped with a refrigerator, safe, direct dial telephone, a well-stocked minibar, and tea/coffee setup. They feature satellite TV in the bedroom and living room, a large bathroom/WC, individually controlled air conditioning, and parquet flooring. (PSZ)

Maldive House (Swim-Up Type B): These rooms are bookable for guests aged 18 and over, are located by the Olympic Pool, and are approximately 52 m² in size. They consist of one room with a French bed, a balcony, and a terrace with access to the main pool. These rooms are equipped with a bathtub, Nespresso machine, minibar, coffee/tea setup, satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi, telephone, central air conditioning, safe, shower/WC, hairdryer, and mirror (B2Q). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.

Deluxe Room: Similar to the Superior Rooms, these are equipped with a French bed and sofa bed and have a bathroom with a shower (DD2). Double room for single use available (DD1).

Bali House Garden: Bali House rooms are located next to the saltwater pools. Additionally, these rooms have a special area in the Spa Center. The sleeping and living areas are separated by a room divider. These rooms are equipped with a minibar, tea/coffee setup, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone, central air conditioning, a double bed, safe, shower/WC, bathtub in the bedroom, and a garden view (DG).

Bali House Swim-Up: With identical amenities to the Bali House Garden rooms, these rooms have direct access to the outdoor pool, which is heated in winter (SWD).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: The comprehensive "High Class All Inclusive" concept leaves little to be desired: breakfast with fresh orange juice, late risers' breakfast, lunch and dinner from diverse buffets, snack variations at various stations throughout the day, patisserie from 2:30 PM to 10 PM, ice cream in summer from 11 AM to 7 PM, midnight buffet from 11 PM to 1 AM. A variety of high-quality local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as well-known imported drinks, are served to you 24 hours a day. Freshly squeezed fruit juices are available at the Vitamin Bar during the day, and the minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, and water, refilled as needed daily.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Luxury drinks and bottled wines.

Sports included: Professional fitness room, table tennis, bowling, billiards, darts, aerobics, water aerobics, water polo, Pilates, yoga, and beach soccer and beach volleyball on the beach.

Sports for a fee: Personal trainers in the fitness room and tennis lessons.

Entertainment: Soft animation.

Wellness: Turkish bath, sauna, steam bath, and snow room are included. Massages, treatments in the Turkish bath, and beauty treatments are available for a fee.

Children's program: The professional Titanic Kids Club offers fun and entertainment for children aged 4-11 in different age groups with age-appropriate activities. A dedicated restaurant with a lunch buffet and an ice cream hour are available in the Miniclub, as well as a special baby corner for the little ones from 1 month to 3 years with a bottle warmer, microwave, and food processor. Baby monitors and strollers are available upon request for a fee.
