Location: The hotel is located in the holiday region of Belek, directly on an 800 m long, natural white sandy beach. The airport is approx. 26 km away. Taxi and minibus connections are available in the surrounding towns.

Facilities: This luxury class hotel offers 544 rooms, distributed across the impressive 8-storey main building (elevators available), several villas, and lagoon rooms, all set in a spacious garden area of approx. 170,000 m². The elegant lobby with reception and lobby lounge warmly welcomes all guests. Culinary needs are catered for by the excellent main restaurant with terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (upon reservation/subject to availability and for a service fee), the Bistro A-la-Carte which is open around the clock, as well as various à-la-carte snacks (available at lunch and included). In addition, there are bars, snack stations, ice cream on the beach, and a patisserie. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. The shopping arcade with various shops and the hairdresser are available for an extra charge. In the well-kept, vast garden area, you will find the main pool with a separate children's pool, a 3000 m² aquapark with pool and 13 water slides, as well as other pools and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool. Guests in the villas also have access to their own pool. At the beach pool and indoor pool, there is an elevator for guests with disabilities. Sun terraces, pool bars, and snack bars round off the outdoor facilities. Around the pools and on the beach, sun loungers, cushions, parasols/sunshades, and beach towels are included at the beach/snack bar.

Winter

- The pools for the swim-up rooms in the main building are heated during the winter season.

- The lagoon room pools are not heated.

- Two outdoor pools and the water park are heated.

- Outdoor facilities are open depending on weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion.

Accommodation:

Superior Double Room Golf View: The comfortable rooms in the main building are furnished in attractive colors and feature a shower/WC including "Bvlgari" brand toiletries, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, bathrobe and slippers, scale, direct-dial telephone, double bed or two single beds, sofa, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (central), safe, kettle and Nespresso coffee/tea setup, minibar, turndown service, pillow menu, ceramic floor, balcony, and view of the golf course (2DG). DR=SR for single use (1DG). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMU). DR=SR (EMU).

Superior Double Room Swim Up: Also located in the main building, these rooms offer similar facilities to the Superior Golf rooms, including a Nespresso set-up, pool view, terrace with sun loungers, and direct access to the communal pool (heated seasonally) (DWP). DR=SR for single use (EWP).

Family Room: These spacious rooms are located in the main building and, with similar facilities to the Superior Golf rooms, offer a separate living area without a connecting door, two showers/WC, and a sofa with a view of the golf course (2FA). Sea view or partial sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DF2).

Superior Double Room: These spacious rooms are located in the main building on the lobby floor in maisonette style and feature similar facilities to the Superior Swim-Up room, with access to the communal pool (heated seasonally) (SWB).

Lagoon Golf Swim Up: With similar facilities to the Superior Swim-Ups, these rooms are located in the lagoon area with a view of the golf course. You will be welcomed to your room with flowers and a fruit plate. In addition, you have access to a VIP check-in, including shuttle service to the room and a turndown service. Optionally, for a minimum stay of 7 nights, you can dine once for free in one of the Pascarella Italian à-la-carte restaurants (upon reservation and subject to availability). You are welcome to have an iron/ironing board provided in your room. Furthermore, a restaurant is available in the lagoon area exclusively for lagoon guests for breakfast and lunch (GLP). Beach proximity can be booked for an extra charge (2DA).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: The comprehensive Ultra All Inclusive concept leaves little to be desired: breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner from varied buffets or à la carte. During the day, enjoy snack variations at various stations, the patisserie, ice cream on the beach, and the 24/7 à-la-carte restaurant, which is open for you around the clock. Various high-quality local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as well-known imported drinks, are served 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with beer, wine, soft drinks, water, and small sweets; replenishment is provided daily as needed.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: (Additional) visits to the à-la-carte restaurants (dinner), cabanas on the beach, and some luxury beverages.

Sports included: Professional fitness room, yoga, pilates, aqua spinning, aqua trampoline, beach volleyball, and foot tennis. During the day, 2 padel tennis courts with artificial grass and sand are available (reservation required, floodlights included).

Sports for a fee: Use of the Cullinan Golf Club and golf course, personal trainer.

Entertainment: Soft animation, pool games, varied evening programs/shows, and dance performances. Special daily and evening events as well as party options.

Wellness: Turkish bath, two saunas (classical & bio), steam room, shock pool, and foot pool are included in the public area. All treatments in the "C'Escape SPA" are available for a fee (from 16 years).

Children's program: The professional Kids Club offers fun and entertainment for children aged 4-12 in different age groups, each with age-appropriate activities. Upapa Kids Club for babies from 1 to 3 years (under parental supervision). A dedicated restaurant with lunch buffet and cake time is also available. The teen club offers various games and activities for 13-16 year olds, such as DJ performances, woodworking, painting, ceramics, and much more. Babysitting (from 12 months) is available on request for a fee.
