Location: The modern resort is located on the kilometer-long, wide sand/pebble beach (pebbly at the waterline) in Manavgat/Kizilagac. The distance to the provincial capital Manavgat is approx. 15 km and to Side approx. 20 km. Public minibus and taxi connections are available in front of the hotel. It is approx. 90 km to Antalya Airport.

Facilities: The popular resort hotel consists of a six-story main building and several three-story annexes with a total of 583 rooms. Various amenities for guests include an elegant lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas, and elevators. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area. Furthermore, the hotel offers a buffet restaurant with a terrace area, various à-la-carte restaurants (each by reservation and subject to availability), several bars, and a disco. Shops and a hairdresser (for a fee). The spacious garden area features two freshwater swimming pools (one with four water slides, hourly), a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, sunshades, and bath towels are provided free of charge here and at the hotel's own beach section (with beach bar).

Accommodation:

Club Double Room: The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the annexes and are modernly equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, direct-dial telephone, minibar, safe, satellite TV, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather-dependent and operated hourly), tile floor, and a balcony with garden view (CD). Single room = double room for single use (CDE).

Super Saver Room: Identical to the Club Double Room. Somewhat smaller than the double rooms and partly with a French balcony (SSZ).

Club Room with Bunk Bed (Type A): With otherwise the same equipment and size as the Club Double Rooms, these feature a bunk bed for children and a balcony with land view (CA).

Double Room Garden View: With the same equipment elements as the Club Double Rooms, these are located in the main building and feature laminate flooring and a balcony or French balcony (2GD). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view are bookable for an extra charge (DM). Double room = single room for single use (1GD/DEM/DES).

Double Room with Bunk Bed (Type A): Identical in equipment to the double rooms and also located in the main building, these feature a bunk bed for children (DA).

Family Room: Located in the annexes, these feature two bedrooms with a connecting door, with otherwise similar equipment (DF2).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast (freshly squeezed orange juices included), lunch, and dinner from the buffet. Diet (except at lunch) and vegetarian buffet available, as well as table beverage service. Continental late-riser breakfast, beverage stand, local and international snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cake in the patisserie in the afternoon, ice cream at the pool bar, and a midnight snack. Various local non-alcoholic, alcoholic, and some imported alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the currently open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soft drinks. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
